Manifesto of Justice for All
Introduction:
Democracy vs Justice
What is democracy? Is democracy suitable form of government for every nation in this global village? Is there one version of democracy that every nation should incorporating that version of democracy in their government so there is no more argument about one nation is following rule of democracy or not? There are many more questions on horizon to be asked about concept of democracy and let's pose a question on the theocratic state in Iran; is the theocratic regime in Iran democracy? The theocratic state in Iran would claim that it is democracy, but it is unlike Western democracy. The above claim of the regime is not a bizarre statement, after all there is not one version of democracy, so all nations would copy and paste that version of democracy in their government components and there would not be any further argument about concept of democracy. Interestingly, there are many flavor of democracies in this world with own unique characteristics which stands out among other nations.
Coming to focal point of this introductory paper that there is a censure on the theocratic state in Iran that there is no proper electoral system because there are two body of state agencies which are controlling the electoral process in Iran, as these agencies are screening individuals whom are interested to run for parliamentary offices. These body of states agencies are screening candidates prior to election time in order to make sure eligible and suitable individuals would be running for the offices, and to represent will and interest of their constituencies in the parliament. These state agencies are the Guardian Council of the Constitution which is an appointed and constitutionally mandated 12 member council that wields considerable power and influence in the theocratic state in Iran. The constitution calls for six Islamic jurists whom are conscious of the present needs, and the issues of the day that they are appointed by the supreme leader of Iran. In addition, there is Judicial Power that it would appoint among Muslim member of parliament six jurists whom are specialized in different areas of law. Last, portion of the state agency would be Assembly of Experts which is composed of 86 Islamic scholars that they would appoint supreme leader of Iran. The above process would take place in Western nations, too. When an individual would like to run for an office, s/he needs to be approve by a political party. Than, this candidate would run for an office. Of course, an individual may run as an independent candidate for an office which would be one flavor of Western democracy. Moreover, there is proportional representation in Western parliaments which would be another flavor of Western democracy. So far, the theocratic regime in Iran has not done anything wrong. As a matter of fact, the regime in Iran would claim that it is safe-guarding interest of people, and would like to make sure right individuals would represent will and interest of their constituencies in the parliament.
In a democracy nation, there is a civil-society which means that media would engage in scrutinizing many facets of the system like political system, social system and economic system that the system would be functioning efficiently, smoothly, and would be like a watch dog on opulent character of a society. Plus, the media would operate as a system of check and balance of the system in order to prevent politicians to abuse their power. Moreover, there are volunteer organizations like trade unions, social movement organizations and many more organizations which are not made by the state, and do their best to influence public policy in the parliament. The theocratic regime in Iran would claim that it had the above components. There is a free media in Iran which is reporting events. For example, media in Iran stated that $210 billion US was missing from the parliament. It was unclear where the money went, but the media reported the above fact. There are many trade unions, non-governmental organizations, non-profit organizations, and many more agencies which are not made by the state in Iran, as they report abuse in Iran. In addition, the theocratic regime in Iran would claim that the above entities have right to appear in the parliament and to influence the public policy in the parliament or to organize a peaceful assembly.
Despite all above statements which were mentioned in this paper. In Iran, the problem is not democracy because democracy is a very broad concept, and there is no one form of democracy which can be applied to all states and govern people with that particular form of democracy. However, the problem in Iran is about injustice as supreme leader of Iran call himself Sign of God/Ayatollah, and decides for every aspect of political, social, and economic, and others really do not have any input in the system, and everyone must blindly follow and obey command of the supreme leader. Truly, where is justice in this system that everyone must follow, and obey command of the Sign of God/Ayatollah? Can one man be so wise and flawless, and decide for every aspect of a state? Is it justifiable for one Ayatollah to decide for everything? Is it reasonable to allow one person to monopolize political power? What would be out-come of allowing one man who call himself Sign of God/Ayatollah to possess political power? It does not mean by reducing power of Sign of God/Ayatollah this unjust system in Iran has any prospect of betterment because this unjust system created by individuals that they had all ill intentions to do injustice in Iran, and these corrupt elements have all ill intentions of perpetuating injustice in Iran for many years to come by, and implemented their ill intentions in the system in order to secure and prolong their new found wealth of Iran and Iranian. Henceforth, Iran is in desperate needs of justice, and a just justice.
The bottom line here that the political term democracy is an irrelevant notion for Iran and Iranian. Most importantly, this whole idea of democracy has inflicted many pain on Iran and Iranian, and what Iran and Iranian need is just justice, and this justice would illuminate darkness in every corner of Iran and would bring peace and harmony in Iran once for all.
Closing this portion of this paper by saying to my beloved pure divine motherland of Iran, just justice shall prevail in Iran, and those individuals whom trespassed you, they shall be brought before just justice, and pay for their sins that they committed to Iran, and Iranian. I swear to pain of death, I never would give-up until just justice, and not street justice, to become a light of peace, prosperity, and harmony in Iran. In my life, I never took one step backward during calamity, and have no intention to let down Iran. It is regardless of what I will face in future because of what I am pursuing. It is a promise, true to my word, to last drop of my blood, and as I take last breath of air into my lungs to take the final journey from this world, and before closing my eyes from this world, I shall shout-out loud Justice for Pure Divine Motherland of Iran.
Thank you

A Chilling Effect on U.S. Counterterrorism

By Fred Burton and Scott Stewart
Over the past couple of weeks, we have been carefully watching the fallout from the Obama administration’s decision to release four classified memos from former President George W. Bush’s administration that authorized “enhanced interrogation techniques.” In a visit to CIA headquarters last week, President Barack Obama promised not to prosecute agency personnel who carried out such interrogations, since they were following lawful orders. Critics of the techniques, such as Sen. Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., have called for the formation of a “truth commission” to investigate the matter, and Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., has called on Attorney General Eric Holder to appoint a special prosecutor to launch a criminal inquiry into the matter.
Realistically, those most likely to face investigation and prosecution are those who wrote the memos, rather than the low-level field personnel who acted in good faith based upon the guidance the memos provided. Despite this fact and Obama’s reassurances, our contacts in the intelligence community report that the release of the memos has had a discernible “chilling effect” on those in the clandestine service who work on counterterrorism issues.
In some ways, the debate over the morality of such interrogation techniques — something we do not take a position on and will not be discussing here — has distracted many observers from examining the impact that the release of these memos is having on the ability of the U.S. government to fulfill its counterterrorism mission. And this impact has little to do with the ability to use torture to interrogate terrorist suspects.
Politics and moral arguments aside, the end effect of the memos’ release is that people who have put their lives on the line in U.S. counterterrorism efforts are now uncertain of whether they should be making that sacrifice. Many of these people are now questioning whether the administration that happens to be in power at any given time will recognize the fact that they were carrying out lawful orders under a previous administration. It is hard to retain officers and attract quality recruits in this kind of environment. It has become safer to work in programs other than counterterrorism.
The memos’ release will not have a catastrophic effect on U.S. counterterrorism efforts. Indeed, most of the information in the memos was leaked to the press years ago and has long been public knowledge. However, when the release of the memos is examined in a wider context, and combined with a few other dynamics, it appears that the U.S. counterterrorism community is quietly slipping back into an atmosphere of risk-aversion and malaise — an atmosphere not dissimilar to that described by the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States (also known as the 9/11 Commission) as a contributing factor to the intelligence failures that led to the 9/11 attacks.
Cycles Within Cycles
In March we wrote about the cycle of counterterrorism funding and discussed indications that the United States is entering a period of reduced counterterrorism funding. This decrease in funding not only will affect defensive counterterrorism initiatives like embassy security and countersurveillance programs, but also will impact offensive programs such as the number of CIA personnel dedicated to the counterterrorism role.
Beyond funding, however, there is another historical cycle of booms and busts that can be seen in the conduct of American clandestine intelligence activities. There are clearly discernible periods when clandestine activities are deemed very important and are widely employed. These periods are inevitably followed by a time of investigations, reductions in clandestine activities and a tightening of control and oversight over such activities.
After the widespread employment of clandestine activities in the Vietnam War era, the Church Committee was convened in 1975 to review (and ultimately restrict) such operations. Former President Ronald Reagan’s appointment of Bill Casey as director of the CIA ushered in a new era of growth as the United States became heavily engaged in clandestine activities in Afghanistan and Central America. Then, the revelation of the Iran-Contra affair in 1986 led to a period of hearings and controls.
There was a slight uptick in clandestine activities under the presidency of George H.W. Bush, but the fall of the Soviet Union led to another bust cycle for the intelligence community. By the mid-1990s, the number of CIA stations and bases was dramatically reduced (and virtually eliminated in much of Africa) for budgetary considerations. Then there was the case of Jennifer Harbury, a Harvard-educated lawyer who used little-known provisions in Texas common law to marry a dead Guatemalan guerrilla commander and gain legal standing as his widow. After it was uncovered that a CIA source was involved in the guerrilla commander’s execution, CIA stations in Latin America were gutted for political reasons. The Harbury case also led to the Torricelli Amendment, a law that made recruiting unsavory people, such as those with ties to death squads and terrorist groups, illegal without special approval. This bust cycle was well documented by both the Crowe Commission, which investigated the 1998 East Africa embassy bombings, and the 9/11 Commission.
After the 9/11 attacks, the pendulum swung radically to the permissive side and clandestine activity was rapidly and dramatically increased as the U.S. sought to close the intelligence gap and quickly develop intelligence on al Qaeda’s capability and plans. Developments over the past two years clearly indicate that the United States is once again entering an intelligence bust cycle, a period that will be marked by hearings, increased controls and a general decrease in clandestine activity.
Institutional Culture
It is also very important to realize that the counterterrorism community is just one small part of the larger intelligence community that is affected by this ebb and flow of covert activity. In fact, as noted above, the counterterrorism component of intelligence efforts has its own boom-and-bust cycle that is based on major attacks. Soon after a major attack, interest in counterterrorism spikes dramatically, but as time passes without a major attack, interest lags. Other than during the peak times of this cycle, counterterrorism is considered an ancillary program that is sometimes seen as an interesting side tour of duty, but more widely seen as being outside the mainstream career path — risky and not particularly career-enhancing. This assessment is reinforced by such events as the recent release of the memos.
At the CIA, being a counterterrorism specialist in the clandestine service means that you will most likely spend much of your life in places line Sanaa, Islamabad and Kabul instead of Vienna, Paris or London. This means that, in addition to hurting your chances for career advancement, your job also is quite dangerous, provides relatively poor living conditions for your family and offers the possibility of contracting serious diseases.
While being declared persona non grata and getting kicked out of a country as part of an intelligence spat is considered almost a badge of honor at the CIA, the threat of being arrested and indicted for participating in the rendition of a terrorist suspect from an allied country like Italy is not. Equally unappealing is being sued in civil court by a terrorist suspect or facing the possibility of prosecution after a change of government in the United States. Over the past few years, there has been a dramatic increase in the number of CIA case officers who are choosing to carry personal liability insurance because they do not trust the agency and the U.S. government to look out for their best interests.
Now, there are officers who are willing to endure hardship and who do not really care much about career advancement, but for those officers there is another hazard — frustration. Aggressive officers dedicated to the counterterrorism mission quickly learn that many of the people in the food chain above them are concerned about their careers, and these superiors often take measures to rein in their less-mainstream subordinates. Additionally, due to the restrictions brought about by laws and regulations like the Torricelli Amendment, case officers working counterterrorism are often tightly bound by myriad legal restrictions.
Unlike in television shows like “24,” it is not uncommon in the real world for a meeting called to plan a counterterrorism operation to feature more CIA lawyers than case officers or analysts. These staff lawyers are intricately involved in the operational decisions made at headquarters, and legal issues often trump operational considerations. The need to obtain legal approval often delays decisions long enough for a critical window of operational opportunity to be slammed shut. This restrictive legal environment goes back many years in the CIA and is not a new fixture brought in by the Obama administration. There was a sense of urgency that served to trump the lawyers to some extent after 9/11, but the lawyers never went away and have reasserted themselves firmly over the past several years.
Of course, the CIA is not the only agency with a culture that is less than supportive of the counterterrorism mission. Although the prevention of terrorist attacks in the United States is currently the FBI’s No. 1 priority on paper, the counterterrorism mission remains the bureau’s redheaded stepchild. The FBI is struggling to find agents willing to serve in the counterterrorism sections of field offices, resident agencies (smaller offices that report to a field office) and joint terrorism task forces.
While the CIA was very much built on the legacy of Wild Bill Donovan’s Office of Strategic Services, the FBI was founded by J. Edgar Hoover, a conservative and risk-averse administrator who served as FBI director from 1935-1972. Even today, Hoover’s influence is clearly evident in the FBI’s bureaucratic nature. FBI special agents are unable to do much at all, such as open an investigation, without a supervisor’s approval, and supervisors are reluctant to approve anything too adventurous because of the impact it might have on their chance for promotion. Unlike many other law enforcement agencies, such as the Drug Enforcement Administration or the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the FBI rarely uses its own special agents in an undercover capacity to penetrate criminal organizations. That practice is seen as being too risky; they prefer to use confidential informants rather than undercover operatives.
The FBI is also strongly tied to its roots in law enforcement and criminal investigation, and special agents who work major theft, public corruption or white-collar crime cases tend to receive more recognition — and advance more quickly — than their counterterrorism counterparts.
FBI special agents also see a considerable downside to working counterterrorism cases because of the potential for such cases to blow up in their faces if they make a mistake — such as in the New York field office’s highly publicized mishandling of the informant whom they had inserted into the group that later conducted the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. It is much safer, and far more rewarding from a career perspective, to work bank robberies or serve in the FBI’s Inspection Division.
After the 9/11 attacks — and the corresponding spike in the importance of counterterrorism operations — many of the resources of the CIA and FBI were focused on al Qaeda and terrorism, to the detriment of programs such as foreign counterintelligence. However, the more time that has passed since 9/11 without another major attack, the more the organizational culture of the U.S government has returned to normal. Once again, counterterrorism efforts are seen as being ancillary duties rather than the organizations’ driving mission. (The clash between organizational culture and the counterterrorism mission is by no means confined to the CIA and FBI. Fred’s book “Ghost: Confessions of a Counterterrorism Agent” provides a detailed examination of some of the bureaucratic and cultural challenges we faced while serving in the Counterterrorism Investigations Division of the State Department’s Diplomatic Security Service.)
Liaison Services
One of the least well known, and perhaps most important, sources of intelligence in the counterterrorism field is the information that is obtained as a result of close relationships with allied intelligence agencies — often referred to as information obtained through “liaison channels.”
Like FBI agents, most CIA officers are well-educated, middle-aged white guys. This means they are better suited to use the cover of an American businessmen or diplomat than to pretend to be a young Muslim trying to join al Qaeda or Hezbollah. Like their counterparts in the FBI, CIA officers have far more success using informants than they do working undercover inside terrorist groups.
Services like the Jordanian General Intelligence Department, the Saudi Mabahith or the Yemeni National Security Agency not only can recruit sources, but also are far more successful in using young Muslim officers to penetrate terrorist groups. In addition to their source networks and penetration operations, many of these liaison services are not at all squeamish about using extremely enhanced interrogation techniques — this is the reason many of the terrorism suspects who were the subject of rendition operations ended up in such locations. Obviously, whenever the CIA is dealing with a liaison service, the political interests and objectives of the service must be considered — as should the possibility that the liaison service is fabricating the intelligence in question for whatever reason. Still, in the end, the CIA historically has received a significant amount of important intelligence (perhaps even most of its intelligence) via liaison channels.
Another concern that arises from the call for a truth commission is the impact a commission investigation could have on the liaison services that have helped the United States in its counterterrorism efforts since 9/11. Countries that hosted CIA detention facilities or were involved in the rendition or interrogation of terrorist suspects may find themselves exposed publicly or even held up for some sort of sanction by the U.S. Congress. Such activities could have a real impact on the amount of cooperation and information the CIA receives from these intelligence services.
Conclusion
As we’ve previously noted, it was a lack of intelligence that helped fuel the fear that led the Bush administration to authorize enhanced interrogation techniques. Ironically, the current investigation into those techniques and other practices (such as renditions) may very well lead to significant gaps in terrorism-related intelligence from both internal and liaison sources — again, not primarily because of the prohibition of torture, but because of larger implications.
When these implications are combined with the long-standing institutional aversion of U.S. government agencies toward counterterrorism, and with the difficulty of finding and retaining good people willing to serve in counterterrorism roles, the U.S. counterterrorism community may soon be facing challenges even more daunting than those posed by its already difficult mission.

The Specter of Sabotage

By Gregory Gethard FrontPageMagazine.com 4/29/2009
In 1965, a 35-year-old Arlen Specter was defeated in the Democratic primary to become Philadelphia’s next District Attorney. But where others might have withdrawn in defeat from political life, Specter simply switched parties, won the GOP nomination, and pulled an upset, thus launching his political career. Yesterday, Specter, now 79 and the Republican Senator from Pennsylvania, pulled another about-face, defecting to the Democrats and bringing them within one vote of a 60-seat filibuster-proof majority in the Senate.
The timing of Specter’s latest political reincarnation was not coincidental. According to his polling data, Specter would have lost Pennsylvania’s Republican primary in 2010, and with it his 29-year career in the Senate. Specter trails primary challenger Pat Toomey by more than 20 percent in recent polls; in 2004, Toomey lost to Specter by just a handful of votes. “I am not prepared to have my 29 year record in the United States Senate decided by the Pennsylvania Republican primary electorate,” Specter announced yesterday. Now he won’t have to. Thanks to the fact that no clear-cut Democrat had emerged from the pack to challenge for the Senate seat, Specter can simply change sides.
To account for Specter’s sudden switch, many have pointed fingers at the Republican Party and especially its conservative base. Such was the explanation offered by Maine Senator and fellow “moderate” Olympia Snowe, who claimed that Specter’s move was due to Republicans’ hostility towards its more liberal members. But a closer look shows that Specter has a history of attempting to have it both ways: changing his vote on issues when it’s politically convenient, and then managing to spin it as evidence of his “independence.”
For instance, it was only a few weeks ago that Specter attempted to frame himself as a true-conservative and the Republican Party’s last line of defense against Democratic domination. “If [Pat] Toomey is the Republican nominee, we lose the seat in the fall,” said Specter.
He’s to the right of [former Pennsylvania Senator Rick] Santorum who lost by 18 points after spending $31 million as a two-term senator. All that is standing between the Democrats and an avalanche are the 41 Republican Senators to filibuster. If he’s the nominee we lose the seat, and you have card check, and you have tax increases, and you have all of the big Obama spending programs. To win the election we need to bring back a lot of R's who became D's to vote for Obama or Clinton in the primary. We are working very hard on that.
Of course, only a few weeks earlier, the anti-big-spending Specter had voted in favor of Obama’s trillion-dollar stimulus pack, the most recent cause of Specter’s unpopularity among Pennsylvania Republicans. By contrast, Toomey, a former president of the free-market Club for Growth, has sincere credentials as an anti-tax, pro-limited government Republican.
Specter’s credentials include the active support of the AFL-CIO. Pennsylvania AFL-CIO President Bill George issued glowing praise of Specter’s decision to join the Democratic Party. Since the 2008 election, Specter was seen as the deciding vote against the Employee Free Choice Act, a measure that would do away with a secret vote during unionization efforts, after pressure from Republicans and in the hopes of building up his conservative credentials against Toomey. But three years ago, Specter was the lone Republican to move the bill forward in the legislative process. And now Majority Leader Harry Reid is altering the legislation in hopes of gaining Specter’s approval.
This is an old trick. Throughout his Senate career, Specter has tried to embrace both sides of the same issue, a penchant most obvious during his contentious role on the Senate Judiciary committee. When Specter was in line to chair the committee, he was evasive about whether he would support pro-life judges nominated by President Bush. At one point, Specter reminded Bush about the prospect of a Democrat filibuster if any strident pro-life candidates appeared before his committee. Specter quickly backpedaled from this statement, going on as many TV shows as possible to remind viewers that he had voted for pro-life candidates earlier in his career.
As a personality, Specter is difficult to dislike. His candor and dry wit add a sense of levity to the sometimes stuffy world of Senate politics. Moreover, he has often done well for the state of Pennsylvania and the city of Philadelphia. To his credit, too, he has shown a willingness to work both sides of the political aisle to find compromises on tough issues. And were his defection to the Democrats this week truly a matter of cherished principle, the move might even be considered admirable. His contrast with Joseph Lieberman is telling. Lieberman, a lifelong Democrat, cast a vital vote against the interests of his base and lost a primary. He then ran as an independent and continued to caucus with the Democrats who tried to unseat him. However, that will not net Specter a committee chairmanship. With Republicans in the minority, and with experts doubting their ability to retake the chamber in 2010, Specter will be away from the levers of power for years to come. His new party will acknowledge his seniority, dangling before him the opportunity to become Appropriations Committee Chairman, which Specter has said is “something I’d like to attain.”
Specter’s defection lacks both the adherence to political principle and the party loyalty. It is the backstabbing effort of a long-tenured politician desperately attempting to grab political power. And in the context of Specter’s career, it is also not surprising.

Shirin NESHAT of Sarbazan is a big fat Liar

It was February 2009 when NESHAT told me to draft a letter to Colonel Kouroush Arya, and according to NESHAT his father owned this Colonel too, and inform the Colonel that Shervin and NESHAT had spoken to Dr. Mehdi HAERI and everything was going according to the plan. She asked me not to use Mehdi HAERI's name just use his title which was “Dr.” So, I did what she wanted me.
Next day, NESHAT was talking to me on phone and told me that Colonel Kouroush Arya called her, and hoped she was all well. NESHAT told me that I told Colonel that I did not want to use Mehdi HAERI's and used title of Dr. because NESHAT did not trust me.
I helped this woman with any shape and form and from my heart. Also, I was helping her to come to Canada because she had many health problems and wanted to use Canada's health care. This was how she was returning my favor by spreading lies about me to others.
Shirin NESHAT was not any different than mullah in Iran. She thought like mullah, and acted like mullah.

Shirin NESHAT of Sarbazan is an Immature Person

When Shirin NESHAT is meeting people, obviously she wants something from people because she thinks her father was killed in hands of mullah in Iran, the rest of people are in debt to NESHAT, and she must take a free ride from people.
So, she becomes friend with people, at first she is all smiling, how may I help you, please let me know, please let Shervin know, I will help you. So, you let your guards down, and would exchange information like two good friends. Once, she cannot extract information from you. She begins to yell, scream, and anything goes. She is also proud of it for being obnoxious.
For example, NESHAT's cousin did not give her position of Public Relation of “Followers of the Prince Reza Pahlavi”. She became so upset and decided to cause a scene, and when she attended a telephone conference, she began to yell, and scream at people during telephone conference. She asked me if I like her with the way she was yelling and screaming as she left the telephone conference. I told her not to do, but she was proud of her immature behavior. Later on, she wanted to remove her name from the list http://www.pmprp.org/membership.html. She came and formed her United Front of Military and Iranian People as a way of showing to her cousin that she too could form an alliance among Iranian.
I believe “Followers of the Prince Reza Pahlavi” did a right decision by not given her task of Public Relation because who knows where these information would end-up.

Dear Sir/Madam:

RE: Counselor Mr. Jeffrey D. STREAMAN

On Monday March 09th, 2009 Mr. STREAMAN drafted a letter to me on behalf of Ms. Shirin NESHAT, as well as, her organization www.alineshat.com and Sarbazan Organization that I “cease and desist” from expressing my view about Ms. Shirin NESHAT.
On Thursday March 12th, 2009 I responded to the above counselor that he was not in a position to tell me what to do because he was not a court to issue an order to me. In addition, I explained to him that under Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, subsection Fundamental Freedoms 2 b) freedom of thought, belief, opinion, and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication.1 Additionally, there was an article 19 of Universal Declaration of Human Rights “everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.”2 Henceforth, there was a legal justification for me to express my thoughts and views about Shirin NESHAT. I also gave him one court order from Canada that how the legal system views organization about freedom of expression.
I would like to bring to your attention that this counselor did not have approval of Law Society of British Columbia to practice law in this province. There was sufficient reason to believe that this counselor did not act in good faith in this matter at all times. This counselor knows very well that in order to stop someone from publishing materials, it needs to go to a courthouse so that presiding honorable judge would issue a publication ban, and since he was not a barrister and solicitor in British Columbia, he would not be able to appear in supreme court in British Columbia, and asking for a publication ban for me. Moreover, he was fully aware that if he wanted to launch a tort-law against me, he needed to be in British Columbia in order to issue a “Statement of Claim” against me, and would follow proper channel. Last, this counselor alleged that there was a deformation of character from my side. This counselor was aware that materials had merit and it was not my vivid imagination.
As a result, this counselor wanted to use his position to stop me by drafting a letter to me and threatening me with civil-action so that I as a freelance journalist to stop my investigation about bad element like Shirin NESHAT. There was a moral responsibility on my side to educate public about individual like her so public would not become her victim, and would protect themselves from her.
According to Criminal Code of Canada:
“423.1 (1) No person shall, without lawful authority, engage in conduct referred to in subsection (2) with the intent to provoke a state of fear in
….
(c) a journalist in order to impede him or her in the transmission to the public of information in relation to a criminal organization.
(2) The conduct referred to in subsection (1) consists of
(a) using violence against a justice system participant or a journalist or anyone known to either of them or destroying or causing damage to the property of any of those persons;
(b) threatening to engage in conduct described in paragraph (a) in Canada or elsewhere;
(c) persistently or repeatedly following a justice system participant or a journalist or anyone known to either of them, including following that person in a disorderly manner on a highway;
(d) repeatedly communicating with, either directly or indirectly, a justice system participant or a journalist or anyone known to either of them; and
(e) besetting or watching the place where a justice system participant or a journalist or anyone known to either of them resides, works, attends school, carries on business or happens to be.
(3) Every person who contravenes this section is guilty of an indictable offence and is liable to imprisonment for a term of not more than fourteen years. 2001, c. 32, s. 11.”3
In Canada, freelance journalist have all rights to educate public about bad element like Shirin NESHAT, and law protect journalist from any form of intimidation, threat, and so on. Thus, your counsel has be warned by this letter.
Enclose of this e-mail, I attached my correspondent letter to Mr. STREAMAN.
Author of this letter acted in good faith at all times.
Thank you
Kind regards
Signed

Thursday March 12th, 2009

Jeffrey D. STEARMAN
2601 East Chapman Avenue, #114
Fullerton, California 92831 USA
Via: Fax 714-871-7806
Dear Mr. Jeffrey D. STEARMAN:
RE: Ms. Shirin NESHAT
On March 09th, 2009 you drafted a letter to me with “notice of cease and desist”. I would like to bring to your attention several key points:
You are not a judge to issue a court order to me to stop anything.
Even if you were a court, still you did not have a legal jurisdiction to impose anything upon me.
She is emotionally disturbed person due to her father's death, and every year she holds a memorial for her father. She did not have disclosure of her father's death.
She has mental and physical pain because of her insurance, and has nothing to do with me.
She was really crushed because of her divorce, and she told me and my mother everything. She was always in mental anguish because of her second divorce, and she felt like a failure in her life.
Her brother asked her to leave his home, as she began to feel more pressure in her life.
She had self-image problem. She felt that she was fat. So, I helped her to overcome her body image problem too.
I did my best to help her to overcome the above issues.
She has many problems and it is not my fault.
You mentioned that I cannot post materials on the website, weblogs, sending letters to her friends and so on, and assuming that I am doing them. According to
1) Universal Declaration of Human Rights:
Article 19:
“Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.”1
2) Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms:
“Everyone has the following fundamental freedoms
a) freedom of conscience and religion;
b) freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication;
c) freedom of peaceful assembly; and
d) freedom of association.”2
Legal Case:
Superior Court. In case of Wyeth-Ayerst Canada Inc., Petitioner v. Louise Phaneuf Respondent. Date: February 21, 2002. The HON. John H. GOMERY, J.S.C. Canada Province of Québec, District of Montreal.

“[6] Petitioner's Motion for slander and for the respect of privacy seeks an injunctive order to compel Respondent to cease and refrain from "expressing anything, directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever, concerning, naming, involving or in respect of the Petitioner...its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, management and employees..." and specifically, to withdraw from her web-site "any declarations, allegations or references, concerning the Petitioner, its affiliates" etc. The Motion also asks the Court to condemn Respondent to pay Petitioner the sum of $100,000.00 for punitive and exemplary damages.
[7] The justification alleged for this massive assault upon Respondent's freedom of expression is the supposedly defamatory nature of the contents of Respondent's website, which, according to Petitioner, invades its privacy and damages its reputation. Petitioner also alleges that the privacy of its senior management is violated by the publication of their e-mail addresses on the web-site
[8] The Court is not seized with the merits of Petitioner's proceedings. The application now being made is for a safeguard order in accordance with article 766(4) C.C.P. which empowers the Court, at the time of presentation of a motion and before it has been heard, to "make all orders necessary to protect the rights of the parties for the time and on the conditions it determines."3
…...
[14]…"The other value to be balanced in a defamation action is the protection of the reputation of the individual. Although much has very properly been said and written about the importance of freedom of expression, little has been written of the importance of reputation. Yet, to most people, their good reputation is to be cherished above all. A good reputation is closely related to the innate worthiness and dignity of the individual. It is an attribute that must, just as much as freedom of expression, be protected by society's laws. In order to undertake the balancing required by this case, something must be said about the value of reputation. Democracy has always recognized and cherished the fundamental importance of an individual. That importance must, in turn, be based upon the good repute of a person. It is that good repute which enhances an individual's sense of worth and value. False allegations can so very quickly and completely destroy a good reputation. A reputation tarnished by libel can seldom regain its former luster. A democratic society, therefore, has an interest in ensuring that its members can enjoy and protect their good reputation so long as it is merited."4
….
“[16] The same remarks apply to the respect to be given to private life, a value guaranteed in article 5 of the Quebec Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms R.S.Q. C.C-12. The extent to which the right to privacy may limit the fundamental right to freedom of expression guaranteed in article 3 of the Charter will vary according to the degree of privacy to which each person is entitled. Corporations have a lesser right to privacy than individuals. Furthermore it is far from apparent that publication of the email address of a corporate officer constitutes an invasion of the latter's privacy.
[17] Petitioner cites the decision in Investors Group Inc. v. Hudson (1999) R.J.Q. 599 (C.S.) in support of its application. The judgment rendered in that case is not a useful precedent, since the facts upon which it was based cannot be compared to the present circumstances, for two reasons. First of all, in the Hudson case the safeguard order followed a full hearing of the litigation between the parties and a careful reading of the judgment rendered, reported at J.E. 98-1329, reveals that most of Mr. Hudson's allegations about the treatment he had received at the hands of Investors Group Inc. were held to be unfounded. In other words, the defamatory nature of the statements published on his web-site had already been established. Secondly, the particulars of the statements is not known; possibly they were much more intemperate than those by Respondent in the present case.
[18] Respondent is defending herself in this matter without the assistance of an attorney. She says she does not have the means to engage counsel. This is unfortunate; she finds herself embroiled in litigation where the resources of her opponent are enormous, and its readiness to use all the means at its disposal to intimidate her and to contest her claims is evident. Furthermore, because she is not a member of the Bar, costs in her favor cannot be awarded.
[19] For These Reasons, Petitioner's application for a safeguard order is dismissed without costs.”5
Criminal Code of Canada:
“423.1 (1) No person shall, without lawful authority, engage in conduct referred to in subsection (2) with the intent to provoke a state of fear in
….
(c) a journalist in order to impede him or her in the transmission to the public of information in relation to a criminal organization.
(2) The conduct referred to in subsection (1) consists of
(a) using violence against a justice system participant or a journalist or anyone known to either of them or destroying or causing damage to the property of any of those persons;
(b) threatening to engage in conduct described in paragraph (a) in Canada or elsewhere;
(c) persistently or repeatedly following a justice system participant or a journalist or anyone known to either of them, including following that person in a disorderly manner on a highway;
2001, c. 32, s. 11.”6
Now I am going to file a complain against Mr. STEARMAN at Law Society of California for violation of my legal rights, as well as, United Nations. In addition, according to yahoo shneshat@aol.com sent me viruses, and it appeared that she stole data from me. Thus, I am not responsible nor accountable for anything to appear anywhere. Shirin NESHAT can play these legal tactics, and mind games with me, as long as, she wants. I already have spoken with Royal Canadian Mounted Police about her, as well as, her other associates.
Dear Mr. STEARMAN do not send me anymore plea letter, do whatever you want to do please, be a man of action, and not just empty words.
Thank you

Federalism and Military

Iran is composed of many different ethnic groups, and these diversity of ethnicity has made Iran culturally rich. Most importantly, Iran's literature had a great influence to bond different ethnic groups to one another like Saadi's poem “Human beings are members of a whole, In creation of one essence and soul. If one member is afflicted with pain, Other members uneasy will remain. If you have no sympathy for human pain, The name of human you cannot retain.”
The military apparatus is like a human structure which is made of different parts as these different parts are interconnected to one another. In case of a military, it is made of different departments that they are interwoven to one another in order to protect and defend sovereignty of a nation.
Coming to this point that before 1979/2538 His Imperial Majesty, King of Kings Mohammad Reza PAHLAVI was Great Chief and Commander of Imperial Iranian Armed Forces, Who was making all decisions for overall operation of the Imperial Iranian Armed Forces. In addition, member of the Imperial Iranian Armed Forces was taking direct order from His Imperial Majesty, and did not take any kind of instruction from civilian department of the government. Consequently, the Imperial Iranian Armed Forces was cohesive, and did not follow order from other branches of the monarchy government of Pahlavi.

As a result, it would be an absurd idea to implement federalist political system because the military would not follow order from the head of state, but it would follow command of a civilian from each province whom did not have any kind of military training, and eventually Iran would be divided among provinces.
The main task of military is to make sure it is protecting sovereignty of a nation, and it is not causing a nation to fall apart.

Federalism Is Dysfunctional Political System for Iran. Part 2-3
There is a form of political system which is known as federalism which is naturally a dysfunctional form of a political system, and it has been defined as “political system in which the power of the state are formally divided between central and regional governments by a written constitution, but in which these governments are linked in an interdependent political relationship.”1 It means creating multilayer of governments, and complex bureaucracy system. Most importantly, there is an absent of attachment toward a nation, and leading a nation into a civil war. The aim of this paper is to discuss political system of federalism as a root cause of regionalism in Iran, it would be costly to have a federalist system in Iran, and would threaten democracy in Iran.
This portion of the paper is discussing political system of federalism as a root cause of regionalism in Iran. Simply by looking at countries like Canada that it has adopted federalism as a form of political system, and it is promoting regionalism “refers to the territorials dimension of the Canadian community, according to which particular areas or regions of the country are distinguished from others by political, economic, historical, cultural, and linguistic characteristics.”2 Today, Canada is having very tough times to keep Canada as one nation. Province of Quebec has been contemplating “Quite Revolution” since 1944 to separate from Canada.3 In 1963, left wing faction formed Front de liberation du Quebec and engaged in terrorism act against English residence of Quebec. In 1970, the above entity kidnapped James Cross who was a British Trade Commissioner to Canada, and the above entity killed James Cross. Subsequently, former prime minister of Canada Pierre Trudeau called for War Measure Act to crack down on the above entity which ended a decade of terrorism in the Province of Quebec.4 Residences of Quebec never see themselves as a Canadian, but as a French person and a “distinct society” due to their linguistic and cultural background which makes French residences in Canada as a distinct society. Moreover, Province of British Columbia, Province of Alberta, Province of Saskatchewan and Manitoba always feel that they are left outside of Canada, and have been trying to separate from rest of Canada, it is known as “Western Alienation”. The above provinces feel left outside of Canada because federal government is always allocating development funds in Province of Quebec in order to keep residences of Quebec happy and keeping unemployment rate low and would not separate from Canada, and other provinces feel financial pressure on their shoulders.5
Iran is composed of diverse ethnic background, and concept of nation-state would dissipate during national crisis because everyone is attached to their own region and should not be concern with other regional issues since these regions do not share common background. Also, predicting future federal system for Iran would be evident that each province of Iran wanted to have oil revenue in their region for developmental reasons, and Province of Khuzestan would be reluctant to share its oil revenue with other provinces in Iran. Obviously, the above scenario would lead to ultimate disintegration of Iran.
It would be costly to have a federalist system in Iran. Currently, Canada is a federal political system, and it requires to have two parliaments to deal with affairs of governments. One would be provincial parliament of each province, and last one would be federal government. Each province would have intergovernmental relation departments “the network of intergovernmental structure includes separate departments or other administrative units within governments, administrative units within individual departments, intergovernmental secretariats, and a large number of intergovernmental committees.”6 Most importantly, “federalism has been cited as a major reason for the weak policy capacity of governments in many policy sectors in Australia, Canada, and the United States. It has constrained these states 'capacity to develop consistent and coherent sectoral policies. In these countries, national policies in most areas require intergovernmental agreement, which involves the federal and provincial or state governments in complex, extensive, and time consuming negotiations with no guarantee that these negotiations will conclude in the manner envisioned by the initiating government.” 7 Thus, this would be a perplex bureaucracy system which would be confusing for political actors to participate in a health and vibrant political life, and would open the door for elite of a society, as well as, technocrat to engage in politics, and as James Burnham mentioned that elite of the society, and technocrat are “ruler of society” which would be a threat to democracy.8
The federalist political system would be a threat to democracy which is current experience in Canada as “the provincial party systems are not necessarily identical to their federal counterparts. Provincially, as federally, the classic two-party system is found consistently only in the Atlantic provinces, where third parties rarely win more than 5 percent of the vote. Federal and provincial parties of the same name generally have separate elites, organizations and financial support. Only in the Atlantic provinces are federal/provincial party ties fairly integrated. For this reason, a federal party cannot assume ideological congruence or policy support from its provincial counterparts.”9 Therefore, elected member of a parliament is not truly reflecting a conventional wisdom of a society, and would allow elite of the society to dominate public policy which would lead to lack of representation of minority group in a democrat nation, and Iran would not be immune from above scenario.
All in all, the federal political system is a dysfunctional political system which does not allow a nation to be united, and particularly during financial crisis, each province would go on their own separate way, and would not share their wealth with other provinces. Also, Iran needs to act on “guardian rule” on treasury issue which means it would save money, pay deficit, create jobs in order to reduce unemployment rate, and lowering inflation rate, and by having a complex bureaucracy system, it would exhaust all of Iran's national revenue, and this federal system would be too costly to manage. Eventually, public would demand for downsizing government which was the case in 1995 in Province of Ontario. Most importantly, the federal system is a threat to democracy, as it would further marginalize minority group in a province, and would not allow minority group to become a political actor and take part in political life.
On November 22nd, 2008 His Imperial Majesty Reza Pahlavi Shah II mentioned during His Imperial Majesty interview that during time when His Imperial Majesty was residing in Iran, as His Imperial Majesty, Light of Aryan, King of Kings Mohammad Reza Pahlavi I governed Iran, there was no issue of ethnicity or religious issues, it was the current regime has begun to label citizen of Iran with ethnicity and religious background.
Quite frankly, the current regime in Iran is using ethnicity and religious background as an instrument to divide Iranian and not allowing them to be one united force against establishment in Iran. Henceforth, it would be in best interest of all Iranian not allow enemy's deceptive public policy to infiltrate among Iranian, and to become one force against the regime in Iran.
Thank you

Failure of Federalism for Iran. Part1-3

Federalism is a political system which allows each different states to join to one another and these different states would form a nation-state like United States of America which is made of 50 states and one District of Columbia.1 There is a reason for America to comprise of different states because it had lengthly battle against Britain, and on July 04th, 1776, it gained its independence. There is Canada which is composed of ten provinces, and three territories, and Canada too went through lengthly armed forces battle, as well as, political battle against Britain to become an independent nation, and it was on April 17th, 1982 Canada had its own act, but still her majesty Queen Elizabeth II was head of state of Canada. Obviously, the US and Canada shared same historical background as they struggled against Britain to become independent nations by unifying all different nations into one strong nations against Britain.

Now, let’s ponder these questions to better understand federalism in relation with Iran. Does Iran share or experience of any above historical event? Are Iranians struggling against one foreign entity? And who is enemy of Iran today? Answering all above questions in one short answer that Iran has been an independent nation since dawn of history, and enemy of Iran, today, is the theocratic regime in Iran. The aim of this paper is to explore concept of political culture of Iran, discussing current economic condition of Iran in relation with future of Iran, and formulating a strategy to integrate diverse ethnic groups into a mainstream of Iran. This paper will prove that federalism would not work for Iran.
This portion of the paper is exploring concept of political culture of Iran. In first order of business, it is going to define concept of political culture which is going to give more in-depth understanding of intention of this paper. Political culture is defined as “values, beliefs, and attitudes that are the basis of political behavior. The political culture of a group of people composed of the memory of important historical events in the group’s development and the symbols that crystallize the subjective meaning that their society has for them.”2 Today’s value and belief of Iranian are shaped by past experience, it goes back to Cyrus the Great who is founder of Iran, and his my mother was Mandana from Mede princess who married a Persian king, and labor of their union brought Cyrus the Great. Interestingly, name of Cyrus is “a non-Iranian name. More likely, however, is an Iranian origin related to kur, the word for son in Kurdish and Luri dialects. The mixture of cultural elements from Aryans and indigenous peoples is also shown in the dress of the Persians pictures on reliefs from Persepolis, where they wear robes like Elamites rather than trousers or boots as do the other Iranian peoples, including Medes.”3 Therefore, diversity has been pinnacle point of Iran from the founder of Iran Cyrus the Great, and ethnic groups would mingle with one another in royal court, or on daily activities.
Passing page of history in fast pace, and coming closer to Iran’s contemporary history by looking at 1900’s when Britain and Russia signed a treaty with each other, and divided Iran into two spheres of their own influence, as American lawyer William Morgan Shuster published a book “The Strangling of Persia” and Edward Granville Browne published books like “The Persian Revolution 1905-1909” and “The Letters From Tabriz”, as the above books depicted a chilling historical events that how Iran was ransacked by Russia and Britain without mercy. In addition, Russia would supply Iranian separatist with arsenal in order to under mind the central authority, and Britain would supply souther separatist with arsenal in order to under mind the central authority. However, when Japan defeated Russia and Russia faced with Bolshevik Revolution of 1917. Russia lost control of Iran. Additionally, Britain was on shaky ground on Iraq, and was moving toward inevitable World War One, and it needed its army to defend its own sovereignty. It was during this global unrest that a man named Reza Mirpanj who stepped in political scene, and descended throne of Iran who saved Iran from hands of separatists. Once, Russia and Britain took a break from the World War One, they launched an assault on Iran, and forced His Imperial Majesty King of Kings Reza Pahlavi the Great abdicated the throne of Iran, and His Imperial Majesty, Light of Aryan, King of Kings Mohammad Reza Pahlavi descended the throne of Iran. Still, Russia and Britain engaged in “Great Game” with Iran by supplying separatists with arsenal and contributing to chaos in Iran. His Imperial Majesty, Light of Aryan, King of Kings Mohammad Reza Pahlavi used military tactic, as well as, international community to bring social order back to Iranian territory.
Putting past experience beside and looking at current condition of reality which is looming on Iran that already Professor Bernard Lewis drafted a blue print to disintegrate Iran, as Iran would be divided among different ethnic groups.
The above plan of Dr. Bernard Lewis is already in progress ad embraced by foreign entities which is according to record on June 31st, 2005 Foreign Minister of Canada Pierre Pettigrew met Iranian separatist from Province of Khuzestan Rafiq Abu-Sharif, who claimed that Province of Khuzestan was suppressed by Iran, and wanted to separate Province of Khuzestan from Iran.4
Also, former prime minister of Canada Paul Martin, and current Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper have met Rafiq Abu-Sharif, and all above meetings mean that forces are at work to disintegrate Iran, and needs to be taken seriously by all Iranian that future of Iran is at risk.
There is a counter measure to prevent Iran from disintegration by internal and external forces as Iran’s political culture is monarchy, a monarch as a head of state of Iran would bring unification among different ethnic groups under one umbrella of Iran. The above scenario for a monarch would be applicable, when a monarch is residing in Iran, and acting within guideline of constitution as a symbol of Iran while parliament or legislative body would take appropriate action for unity of Iran within guideline of constitutional law.
This portion of the paper is discussing current economic condition of Iran in relation with future of Iran. The cleric regime’s economic management has been equal to plundering Iran’s wealth, and has been draining Iran’s treasury, and left dry in front of sun thirsty. Consequently, there is no wealth distribution among subjects of Iran. In 2006, Export Development Canada reported 10% of Iran’s elite population own 75% of Iran’s wealth and 90% of population own 25% of Iran’s wealth. The gap between elite of the society and rest of population is going to remain same. In past 20 years Iran’s inflation rate is recorded between 12% to 18%, and in 2008 it was recorded 18%,5 and according to current data from International Monetary Fund has stated about the theocratic regime’s inflation rate “monetary policy in Iran has not been successful in meeting the inflation and monetary targets set in the Five-Year Development Plans, owing mainly to the monetary impact of government spending out of oil revenue. Although the attainment of the inflation targets has improved somewhat recently, the objective of a gradual disinflation to single-digit levels has not been achieved. Moreover, the implicit intermediate target of monetary policy, money growth, has been systematically missed,”6 and the unemployment rate is “12.6%”7 where population is 70 million. There is daily occurrence in Iran as people put their body organs on auction in a black market or in a legal clinic in exchange for cash. Also, economic pressure is forcing ladies to engage in oldest profession in order to support their basic necessity of life for their families. The above grimes are reality today in Iran, and asking for this mega political structure of federalism for Iran which is relying on oil revenue to meet ends, it would be unfair and unjust cruelty toward 90% of population that owns 25% of Iran’s wealth. It means to have fat cats sitting around parliaments and are taking high salaries in the name of democracy, and draining Iran’s treasure, and leaving 90% of Iranian hanging dry in front of sun one more time. It would be unjust, and unacceptable.
This portion of the paper is formulating a strategy to integrate diverse ethnic groups into a mainstream of Iran by allowing pressure groups to take part in political life in order to create balance of power in a civil society, and power of pressure groups has been proven beyond doubt during cold war as Henry Mintzberg mentioned “capitalism did not triumph at all, balance did. We in the West have been living in balance societies with strong private sectors, strong public sectors, and great strength in the sector between. The countries under communism were totally out of balance.”8 Also, there are non-profit organization and non-governmental organization that they contributed to political life in the west,9 and would have influence on public policy.10 These pressure groups are engine behind a healthy civil society and would gear a nation toward a democracy.
There is need to create a pluralism political system as political power is diminished among pressure groups, public servants, and elected members of parliament.11 There is absent of one voice rule, but to follow will of people, and people are determining their own future.12 There is no “power elite that dominates the decision making process; rather there is a plurality of participants involved in the process. Success in influencing government decision making depends not only on access to such resources as money and expertise but also on a determination to have one’s voice heard.”13
In case, there is a federalist system in Iran, eventually, Libertarian school of thought would emerge on surface as a strong voice against this mega system of federalism to cut back on government spending. This school of thought would view “big government is a threat to freedom and economic prosperity,” 14 and government needs to cut back on its programs in order to reduce taxes in order to have balance budget.15 Obviously, government would become like a virtual-government model like United Kingdom, United States of America and New Zealand,16 and multinational corporates would decide on public policy.17 Coming to this natural conclusion, if such above reality would occur in Iran by implementing a federalist system, as government would be eliminated by multinational corporates of region, and multinational corporates would push away pressure groups from their path on public policy. Consequently, Iran is marching toward its demise of civil unrest since wealthy province is unwilling to share its regional revenue with other region. However, in case by not having a federalist system, pressure groups would become political actors and would influence on public policy, and would respond to need of their communities as member of each community would begin to integrate into a mainstream society, and would not create an alienation of people who are citizen of one nation.
As a result, it is justifiable to be concern about future of Iran, in case, it implements federalism as a political system, Iran is marching directly toward civil war and disintegration of Iran among ethnic groups, and already internal and external forces are working to disintegrate Iran among diverse ethnic groups.
Today, 90% of Iranians are under economic pressure and there are families that they having tough times to put one meal on table for their families, this 90% is composed of different ethnic backgrounds, and it does not indicate which particular ethnic group is suffering more than other ethnic groups. Otherwise, it would be reasonable to claim that such ethnicity suffered more than others at hands of other ethnic groups.
There is one fact which is standing-out clearly that the cleric who claim to be from line of Prophet Muhammad, and according to history, they invaded Iran during seventh century to plunder Iran’ wealth, and today same people with their associates like Revolutionary Guard and Besij are enjoying lucrative 75% of Iran’s wealth. This minority group has been suppressing all Iranians since 1979. So, enemy is the regime, and not diversity of Iran. Moreover, future of Iran needs to have diversity of political actors, and not political leaders to shape public policy, and in case federalism would be implemented as a political system in Iran, government would march toward a virtual government and multinational corporate of each region would influence on public policy. Obviously each region with stronger financial background would dominate political scene as others would face less influence in public policy. Consequently, it would lead Iran toward civil war so other region would become independent from other region.
The bottom line, the federalist system may work in one country, but not for Iran because Iran’s political culture is way different than other nations. Let’s reduce unemployment rate, reducing inflation rate, and making sure Iran would move toward peace and prosperity.
Thank you

Entangled in Spider Webs

There are countless Iranian that they are thinking about emancipation of Iran, and want to correct past mistake. These individuals do not think for their self-interests, and think about bright, and prospect future of Iran so that Iran would shine and flourish domestically. Particularly, there is an image of Iran in international community which is reflecting upon Iranian that it has become subject of humiliation in the international community as other nations are regarding Iran as a rogue state which is sponsoring terrorism, and has a diabolic agenda to wipe Israel from the map, and is trying to destroy the US with its ally. Than, there are other Iranian that they work for their self-interests, and have created spider webs and are catching Iranian that they have all intention of toppling the regime in Iran.
These spider webs are coming in form of websites or television stations, and are representing some past surviving victim of Islamic Republic in Iran that now they pretend to work against the establishment in Iran. In fact, these websites and television stations are working in best interest of the rogue state of Iran by gathering personal information about Iranian dissidents, and are selling those information to the regime in Iran, and in return, these informants are getting back their confiscated assets from the establishment in Iran which were taken from them during 1979 fiasco in Iran. In addition, these individuals are traveling to Iran with their families, and are coming back to their host countries with no problem whatsoever. Furthermore, these websites and television stations are receiving funds from the US administration because these websites and television stations are claiming that they are defending just cause of Iran or these websites and television stations are receiving funds from humanitarian organizations because these individuals in past were victim of Islamic Republic in Iran. Also, these websites and television stations are claiming that they are helping needy people in Iran. Quite frankly, there is absent of system of check and balance to make sure the funds are funnel to the needy people and how funds are used.
These websites and television stations have learned to receive public funds in order to manage their own lavish life styles which have nothing to do with Iran, and not all Iranian are aware of the above situation, there are some individuals that they go on with their life, and want to liberate Iran. These opportunistic websites and television stations are preying on these simple individuals, and are beginning to ask from the public for financial assistance in order to assist their just cause. These individuals would claim that their just cause is aimed toward needy individuals, as well as, some fund toward their expense of their websites, and television stations. In fact, all the funds are going toward their own luxury life styles in Los Angeles or Washington DC.
The bottom line, innocent individuals, naïve political system, as well as, humanitarian organizations are entangled in spider web of these opportunistic individuals, and these individuals are sucking everyone's blood to last drop. Let's tear apart these spider webs and moving forward toward emancipation of Iran with our own unity and determination for just cause of Iran.

Parallelism Between Religion of Christianity and Islam

Is there any difference between religion of Christianity and Islam? Does anyone stands better than other one? There are countless questions that someone would ask about difference between faith of Christianity and Islam. However, there are clear parallelism between religion of Christianity and Islam as “Abraham is venerated by Jews, Christians, and Muslims as the father of faith. They are trace their traditions back to him, the Jews in a quite literal genealogical sense, for Abraham was, according to the biblical record, the grandfather of Jacob, whose name became Israel. The Arabs also trace their genealogy back to Abraham, but through a different line. The Christians and Muslims-the non-Arab Muslims, in any case-are more like adopted grandchildren of the patriarch Abraham, but this in no way lessens their conviction of being peoples of God who had inherited the way of faith that Abraham is believed to have pioneered.”1 In addition, the Holy Koran referred to the Christian and Jews as the People of the Book as Koran stated in Chapter 29 verse 46“and do not dispute with the followers of the Book except by what is best, except those of them who act unjustly, and say: We believe in that which has been revealed to us and revealed to you, and our God and your God is One, and to Him do we submit.”
It is also amazing how the Holy Koran in Chapter of Maryam which would be Chapter 19 of the Book as Mighty God commanded angel Jabrael to below air in virgin Maryam's stomach as she became impregnated. The above act was constituted a miracle in faith of Islam, and Maryam gave birth to Jesus who was working for salvation of people.
All in all, there is not much difference among diverse faiths, it is simply perspective of a person on a matter of faith. Otherwise, all faiths share same background, and have one message for people which is salvation of people as He died for humankinds' sins. So, now, let's coexist with one another, and putting aside the differences and working together for better future.
Stop Killing in the Name of God
It has become a common practice to go around and killing someone in the name of God, but does God really need someone to act on behalf of Him? This mighty God who creates human, gives soul, and takes soul really needs another human to do the job for Him? In fact, God does not need human whatsoever, and human needs God. As the good book says:
He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. (1 John 4:8)God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him. (1 John 4:16)
Most people do not know love, because they do not know God (Psalm 10:4; 14:1-3; Matthew 7:13-14), and are therefore incapable of loving in any kind of godly way (Jeremiah 13:23; Romans 3:10-18; 14:23; Titus 3:3). God is the defining factor in a proper understanding of what is love, because God is love. If you do not know God (Galatians 4:8; 2 Thessalonians 1:8), you will not understand love, for the Lord is love. Therefore, if you do not understand (Ephesians 4:17-18), or you reject what is revealed in this report about God and love, it is indicative of your lost state (John 8:47; John 17:3; 1 John 4:6). May the Lord have mercy, and may you come to know the God of love.
I. God Is Patient (1 Corinthians 13:4).
In its first definition of love, 1 Corinthians 13:4 defines God (Love) as One who "suffers long" (NKJV). The Lord suffers? Yes, in His love, He suffers long. Jesus said,
I came to send fire on the earth, and how I wish it were already kindled! (Luke 12:49)
The Almighty Holy God loves justice (Psalm 37:28; 99:4) and hates those who do evil (Leviticus 20:23; Psalm 5:5-6; 11:5; 78:59; 106:40; Proverbs 6:16-19). "God is angry with the wicked every day" (Psalm 7:11), and if they do not repent,
He will sharpen His sword; He bends His bow and makes it ready. He also prepares for Himself instruments of death; He makes His arrows into fiery shafts. (Psalm 7:12-13)
He prepares to destroy them. But, in the meantime, He suffers long with them and continues to make,
His sun rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. (Matthew 5:45).
He causes the grass to grow for the cattle, and vegetation for the service of man, that he may bring forth food from the earth, and wine that makes glad the heart of man, oil to make his face shine, and bread which strengthens man's heart. (Psalm 104:14-15)
These all wait for You, that You may give them their food in due season. What You give them they gather in; You open Your hand, they are filled with good. (Psalm 104:27-28)
God loves His enemies (Romans 5:8-10). He loves those whom He hates (Psalm 5:5-6; John 3:16; Romans 3:10-18). He is extremely patient towards evil men (e.g. Nehemiah 9:30). He has even been crushed by wicked men (Ezekiel 6:9). He suffers long with them (Romans 2:4), but not indefinitely.
You hide Your face, they are troubled; You take away their breath, they die and return to their dust. (Psalm 104:29; see also Luke 16:19-31)
For man also does not know his time: Like fish taken in a cruel net, like birds caught in a snare, so the sons of men are snared in an evil time, when it falls suddenly upon them. (Ecclesiastes 9:12)
God is patient, but His patience has an end; and He chooses when that end will be.
Our God is in heaven; He does whatever He pleases. (Psalm 115:3)
Finally, the Lord is particularly patient with believers, as 2 Peter 3:9 says.
The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is long suffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. (2 Peter 3:9, NKJV; NAS "patient toward you")
II. God Is Kind (1 Corinthians 13:4).
Along with His long suffering, is His kindness toward mankind and all of His creation. Day after day He gives life and breath and sustenance to man, animals, and all life (Psalm 104; Acts 17:25).
The Lord is good to all, and His tender mercies are over all His works. (Psalm 145:9)
The eyes of all look expectantly to You, and You give them their food in due season. You open Your hand and satisfy the desire of every living thing. (Psalm 145:15-16)
He is "gracious in all His works" (Psalm 145:17), and He gives gladness of heart (e.g. Psalm 97:11; Acts 14:17) and enjoyment (Ecclesiastes 3:12-13; 1 Timothy 6:17).
The earth is full of the goodness of the Lord. (Psalm 33:5; see also Psalm 119:64)
In His awesome love, the Lord is even "kind to the unthankful and evil" (Luke 6:35). Israel's history well illustrates this. Nehemiah records,
You gave them bread from heaven for their hunger, and brought them water out of the rock for their thirst, and told them to go in to possess the land which You had sworn to give them. But they and our fathers acted proudly, hardened their necks, and did not heed Your commandments. They refused to obey, and they were not mindful of Your wonders that You did among them. But they hardened their necks, and in their rebellion they appointed a leader to return to their bondage. But You are God, ready to pardon, gracious and merciful, slow to anger, abundant in kindness, and did not forsake them. (Nehemiah 9:15)
Although, "with most of them God was not well pleased, for their bodies were scattered in the wilderness" (1 Corinthians 10:5), God did not utterly forsake them (Nehemiah 9:31), but was abundant in His kindness toward Israel (Nehemiah 9:18-31).
Jonah knew well the loving kindness of the Lord, so well, he fled to Tarshish. He did not want the Lord to save the Ninevites. After the entire city of Ninevah repented in response to Jonah's preaching (Luke 11:32), Jonah lamented,
Ah, Lord, was not this what I said when I was still in my country? Therefore I fled previously to Tarshish.; for I know that You are a gracious and merciful God, slow to anger and abundant in loving kindness, One who relents from doing harm. (Jonah 4:2)
Jonah wanted harm, not mercy, for the Ninevites, but the Lord had other plans; because He is abundant in loving kindness. Yet, God's kindness is not without bounds.
Ninevah did not remain in His goodness (Romans 11:22). Therefore, the Lord later testified against Ninevah and declared,
God is jealous, and the Lord avenges; the Lord avenges and is furious. The Lord will take vengeance on His adversaries, and He reserves wrath for His enemies; the Lord is slow to anger and great in power, and will not at all acquit the wicked. (Nahum 1:2-3)
Ninevah, eventually, was destroyed (Nahum 3:5-7).
Furthermore, in His kindness, God afflicts people and then saves them, as Psalm 107 testifies.
Fools, because of their transgression, and because of their iniquities, were afflicted. Their soul abhorred all manner of food, and they drew near to the gates of death. Then they cried out to the Lord in their trouble, and He saved them out of their distresses. He sent His word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions. Oh, that men would give thanks to the Lord for His goodness, and for His wonderful works to the children of men! (Psalm 107:17-21; see also verses 10-15 & 23-31)
This is the kindness of God towards men. As rebuke is a kindness (Psalm 141:5; Proverbs 27:6; Revelation 3:19), so God's affliction is a kindness to bring people to repentance (Romans 2:4). Although, men often do not take heed (e.g. Amos 4:6-11; Revelation 9:20-21; 16:8-11). But, those who do repent speak like this:
It is good for me that I have been afflicted, that I may learn Your statutes. (Psalm 119:71)
I know, O Lord, that Your judgments are right, and that in faithfulness You have afflicted me. (Psalm 119:75)
III. God Does Not Envy (1 Corinthians 13:4).
The possessor of heaven and earth (Genesis 14:19, 22; Deuteronomy 10:14) would never envy (Job 34:12). Who or what would there be to envy? He is the One Who created everything (Isaiah 42:5). He is the One Who "gives to all life, breath, and all things" (Acts 17:25). He is the One Who upholds "all things by the word of His power" (Hebrews 1:3). "The Most High rules in the kingdom of men, and gives it to whomever He chooses" (Daniel 4:32). What is left for God to envy?
The godly may be tempted to envy the wicked (e.g. Psalm 37:1; 73:1-3; Proverbs 23:17; 24:1), but when they enter "the sanctuary of God," the santuary of love, they understand their end (Psalm 73:17-20); and the envy dissipates (Psalm 73:21-28). When they enter the sanctuary of Love (God), they see, in reality, all things considered, the wicked, and their lot, is undesirable (Psalm 37:2, 9; 73:18-20; Proverbs 24:19-20).
IV. The Lord Does Not Parade Himself (1 Corinthians 13:4).
"Love does not parade itself" (1 Corinthians 13:4, NKJV). Thus, we know God, who is love, does not parade Himself. As Job said,
If He goes by me, I do not see Him; if He moves past, I do not perceive Him. (Job 9:11)
Look, I go forward, but He is not there, and backward, but I cannot perceive Him; when He works on the left hand, I cannot behold Him; when He turns to the right hand, I cannot see Him. (Job 23:9)
Why? Because,
Truly You are God, who hide Yourself, O God of Israel. (Isaiah 45:15)
The Lord hides Himself. He does not parade Himself, nor does He brag (1 Corinthians 13:4, NAS) or boast (1 Corinthians 13:4, NIV). Jesus said, "I do not receive honor from men" (John 5:41; note also Isaiah 53:2).
V. God Is Not Proud (1 Corinthians 13:4).
Love is not puffed up (1 Corinthians 13:4), therefore God is not puffed up. Jesus said,
Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. (Matthew 11:29)
The Lord is indeed lowly in heart. Although He is the King of Kings (1 Timothy 6:15), when He came to Jerusalem, He came in a humble way. As it is written,
Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your King is coming to you; He is just and having salvation, lowly and riding on a donkey, a colt, the foal of a donkey. (Zechariah 9:9; see also Matthew 21:1-9)
Furthermore, the Lord dwells "with him who has a contrite and humble spirit" (Isaiah 57:15). He dwells with the lowly. As it is written,
God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble. (James 4:6; 1 Peter 5:5)
Moreover, it takes humility on His part to have anything to do with His creation. As Psalm 113 says,
The Lord is high above all nations, His glory above the heavens. Who is like the Lord our God, Who dwells on high, Who humbles Himself to behold the things that are in the heavens and in the earth? (Psalm 113:3-6)
He humbles Himself just to look into the universe (the heavens), let alone to gaze upon the earth (Psalm 113:3-6).
Great is our Lord, and mighty in power; His understanding is infinite. (Psalm 147:5)
"And His greatness is unsearchable" (Psalm 145:3). There is no pride in Him. "The Lord is righteous in all His ways" (Psalm 145:17).
VI. The Lord Is Not Rude (1 Corinthians 13:5).
Love does not behave rudely (1 Corinthians 13:5), therefore God does not behave rudely. But what is rude? The Greek word used in 1 Corinthians 13:5 for "rudely" is only used one other place in the New Testament and that's in 1 Corinthians 7:36 translated "improperly." The Lord does not behave improperly, or rudely.
Even though Christ is the Rock of Offense (Isaiah 8:14; Romans 9:33) and men were offended (Matthew 13:57; 15:12; Mark 6:3) and are offended because of Him (1 Peter 2:8), He nonetheless behaves properly, and not rudely. "For the Lord is righteous," and He loves righteousness (Psalm 11:7).
Even though God has spread dung upon people's faces (Malachi 2:3, KJV), describes males as those who "pisseth against the wall" (1 Kings 14:10; 16:11; 21:21, KJV), and has caused people to eat their own children (Leviticus 26:27-29; Deuteronomy 28:53-63), He is never rude. He behaves properly, for God is love (1 John 4:8). He speaks truth (Psalm 33:4; 119:160; Proverbs 12:17) and judges at the proper time (Psalm 75:2).
VII. The Lord Does Not Seek His Own (1 Corinthians 13:5).
Love does not seek its own, and this is beautifully illustrated in Christ,
who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bond servant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. (Philippians 2:6-8)
Jesus did not do this for Himself, as He Himself said.
For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me. (John 6:38)
Jesus was so engrossed in love His food was to do the Father's will (John 4:34). The Lord did not seek his own (John 5:30).
But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities. (Isaiah 53:5)
He poured out His soul unto death. (Isaiah 53:12)
For when we were still without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die; yet perhaps for a good man someone would even dare to die. But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:6-8)
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)
When you understand how God hates sinners (Psalm 5:5-6) and how repulsive they are in His eyes (Deuteronomy 25:16; Proverbs 3:32; 6:16-19; 11:20; 15:8-9, 26; 16:5; 17:15; 21:27; 28:9), then, and only then, can you truly understand the immensity of God's love towards mankind. For He sacrificed His own Son, and His Son sacrificed His own life, for those who are or were loathsome to Him (Proverbs 13:5).
By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. (1 John 3:16)
VIII. God Is Not Provoked (1 Corinthians 13:5).
God has been provoked time and again in the past (e.g. Deuteronomy 9:7-8, 22; 32:16, 21; Judges 2:12; Psalm 78:40, 56-58; Mark 3:5) and is daily provoked by ungodly men (Psalm 7:11; Romans 1:18). When Christ was on the earth, at least twice He cleared the temple in His zeal for His house (John 2:13-17; Matthew 21:12-13), but His anger is right. "The wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God" (James 1:20), but the wrath of God is good (Psalm 34:8; 90:11; 100:5; 145:17).
Now, if God is so provoked, how or in what way is the Lord not provoked? Just as there is a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing, a time to love and a time to hate (Ecclesiastes 3:3, 5, 8), so there is a time to be angry (Psalm 4:4; Ephesians 4:26) and a time not to be (Ephesians 4:31); and the Lord knows this perfectly.
He is the Rock, His work is perfect; for all His ways are justice, a God of truth and without injustice; righteous and upright is He. (Deuteronomy 32:4)
As for God, His way is perfect. (Psalm 18:30)
In His perfect way, the Lord is not provoked in any way He should not be. For example, when Jesus came,
God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. (John 3:17)
Therefore, when Jesus was on the earth He was not provoked into condemning anyone (e.g. John 8:11), even though He hates wickedness (Psalm 45:7).
For the Son of Man did not come to destroy men's lives but to save them. (Luke 9:56)
Although God's wrath continued to abide on those who do not obey Him (John 3:36, NAS), and continued to be revealed from heaven as Christ walked the earth (e.g. Luke 13:1-5; Romans 1:18), and He continued to be angry with the wicked (Psalm 7:11), Christ's mission in the flesh was not to be provoked, but to save. As He Himself said,
I did not come to judge the world but to save the world. (John 12:47)
IX. God Thinks No Evil (1 Corinthians 13:5).
Jesus said, "For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts" (Mark 7:21), and Jeremiah writes, "The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked" (Jeremiah 17:9). But God has no such evil heart (Psalm 18:26; 1 John 3:3). He has no evil thoughts. He thinks no evil. For His thoughts are above our thoughts and His ways above our ways (Isaiah 55:8-9).
1 Corinthians 13:5 "thinks no evil" (NKJV) may also be translated a little more literally, "does not consider the bad" (ou logizetai to kakon). This is consistent with love.
Hatred stirs up strife, but love covers all sins. (Proverbs 12:10)
He who covers a transgression seeks love. (Proverbs 17:9)
Love is merciful and forgiving, and in this, the Lord is the Champion (Hebrews 7:25; 1 John 2:1-2). He says,
"Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool. If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land; but if you refuse and rebel, you shall be devoured by the sword;" for the mouth of the Lord has spoken. (Isaiah 1:18-20)
For those who are willing and obedient (verse 19), the Lord is extremely merciful and will not consider the bad (1 Corinthians 13:5). As He says in Isaiah 55,
Seek the Lord while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to the Lord, and He will have mercy on him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon. (Isaiah 55:6-7; see also Psalm 86:5)
In His love, God's forgiveness is massive.
For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great is His mercy toward those who fear Him. (Psalm 103:11)
This mercy is toward those who fear Him. Although the Lord may be temporarily merciful to wicked men and then He torments them (e.g. Matthew 18:21-35), His mercy toward those who fear Him has no end. As Psalm 103 declares,
The mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him, and His righteousness to children's children, to such as keep His covenant, and to those who remember His commandments to do them. (Psalm 103:17; see also Psalm 25:10)
God's eternal love does have a condition (Isaiah 48:22; 57:15-21). It is for those who keep His covenant, who remember to do His commandments (Revelation 22:14), who are pure in heart (Psalm 24:3-5; 73:1), and who devise good, as it is written.
Do they not go astray who devise evil? But mercy and truth belong to those who devise good. (Proverbs 14:22)
X. The Lord Does Not Rejoice In Iniquity (1 Corinthians 13:6).
Love does not rejoice in iniquity (1 Corinthians 13:6). Instead, love (God) hates wickedness (Psalm 45:7). It is wicked not to hate evil (Psalm 36:1-4), thus the Lord hates sin and in no way rejoices in it. Evil men rejoice in iniquity (Proverbs 2:14), but the Lord is not like wicked men.
For the Lord is righteous, He loves righteousness; His countenance beholds the upright. (Psalm 11:7)
An example of the Lord not rejoicing in iniquity can be found in Mark 3.
And He entered the synagogue again, and a man was there who had a withered hand. So they watched Him closely, whether He would heal him on the Sabbath, so that they might accuse Him. And He said to the man who had the withered hand, "Step forward." Then He said to them, "Is it lawful on the Sabbath to do good or to do evil, to save life or to kill?" But they kept silent. And when He had looked around at them with anger, being grieved by the hardness of their hearts, He said to the man, "Stretch out your hand." And he stretched it out, and his hand was restored as whole as the other. (Mark 3:1-5)
Jesus did not rejoice in their iniquity, but instead it made Him angry and grieved Him. The Scriptures are filled with example after example of the Lord not rejoicing in iniquity, but rather, being angry and grieved over the wickedness of mankind (e.g. Genesis 6:5-7; Psalm 78:40; 95:10-11; Isaiah 63:10).
XI. The Lord Rejoices In The Truth (1 Corinthians 13:6).
Although He was a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief (Isaiah 53:3), the one time Scripture records Christ rejoicing is when He rejoiced in the truth.
In that hour Jesus rejoiced in the Spirit and said, "I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and revealed them to babes. Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight." (Luke 10:21)
Rejoicing in the Spirit is rejoicing in the truth, because He is the Spirit of truth (John 14:17; 15:26; 16:13). Christ here rejoiced in the work and truth of God, that is, how God hid the truth from some people and revealed it to others. This is how God works.
God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are, that no flesh should glory in His presence. (1 Corinthians 1:27-29)
Jesus rejoiced in this truth, because He is love; and love rejoices in the truth.
XII. God Bears All Things (1 Corinthians 13:7).
Throughout the ages, the Lord has patiently borne with lawless and insubordinate men, murderers, adulterers, fornicators, sodomites, kidnappers, liars, perjurers, blasphemers, boasters, backbiters, lovers of money, lovers of themselves, traitors, rebels, slanderers, hypocrites, fools, despisers of good, haters of God, the covetous, the violent, the unthankful, the unforgiving, the unmerciful, and unholy men (e.g. Romans 3:25). Truly God has borne and does bear all things, and His forbearance should lead men to repentance (Romans 2:4). But for most (Matthew 7:13-14), their hard impenitent hearts treasure up for themselves wrath for the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God (Romans 2:5). Even though God, being love, bears all things, He does not bear all things indefinitely. As He said to Moses,
How long shall I bear with this evil congregation who complain against Me? (Numbers 14:27)
The answer to the Lord's question is given in the next verse.
"As I live," says the Lord, "just as you have spoken in My hearing, so I will do to you: The carcasses of you who have complained against Me shall fall in this wilderness, all of you who were numbered, according to your entire number, from twenty years old and above. Except for Caleb the son of Jephunneh and Joshua the son of Nun." (Numbers 14:28-30)
His forbearance for these Israelites was all used up within the course of the next forty years. The Lord killed them in the wilderness (Numbers 14:32-35).
Likewise, the Lord bore long and hard with the Israelites before the Babylonian captivity.
The Lord God of their fathers sent warnings to them by His messengers, rising up early and sending them, because He had compassion on His people and on His dwelling place. But they mocked the messengers of God, despised His words, and scoffed at His prophets, until the wrath of the Lord arose against His people, till there was no remedy. (2 Chronicles 36:15-16)
The Lord could no longer bear it, because of the evil of their doings and because of the abominations which they committed (Jeremiah 44:22). So His fury and anger were poured out and kindled in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem; and they were wasted and desolate (Jeremiah 44:6).
Jesus, being holy and perfect in love, bore long and hard all things while He walked on the earth, but His forbearance was not without comment.
And when they had come to the multitude, a man came to Him, kneeling down to Him and saying, "Lord, have mercy on my son, for he is an epileptic and suffers severely; for he often falls into the fire and often into the water. So I brought him to Your disciples, but they could not cure him." Then Jesus answered and said, "O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I bear with you? Bring him here to Me." (Matthew 17:14-17; see also Mark 9:14-19 & Luke 9:37-41)
It takes endurance to bear all things, and Christ had it; although the people around Him obviously greatly taxed His love.
XIII. God Believes All Things (1 Corinthians 13:7).
The Greek word used in 1 Corinthians 13:7 (pisteuei) has inherent in it the ideas of faith, trust, & belief which indicates love is always faithful, believing, and trusting. God is indeed always faithful (Psalm 119:90; Hosea 11:12). Yet, God is not naive or simple minded as in Proverbs 14:15. His understanding is infinite (Psalm 147:5). But, He nonetheless does believe all things, all things that are true that is (John 14:6; Titus 1:2). And though He would not entrust Himself to evil men (e.g. John 2:24-25), He is nonetheless very trusting; as the NIV says, love "always trusts" (1 Corinthians 13:7).
Eliphaz the Temanite accused God of not being trusting, but this was a lie. On two occasions Eliphaz made this claim:
If He puts no trust in His servants, if He charges His angels with error, how much more those who dwell in houses of clay. (Job 4:18-19)
If God puts no trust in His saints, and the heavens are not pure in His sight, how much less man, who is abominable and filthy, who drinks iniquity like water! (Job 15:15-16)
Eliphaz did not correctly characterize the Lord (Job 42:7). For God does put trust in His angels. He entrusts them with very important tasks (e.g. Daniel 9:21-23; Matthew 28:2-7; Luke 1:26; 2:9-14; 22:43; Acts 10:3-6; Hebrews 1:14; Revelation 7:1-3; 8:2; 12:7-9; 14:6-9; 16:1; 20:1-3). Moreover, He even puts trust in man, even though men fail Him time and again.
For example, David was entrusted with the great task of ruling God's people, but even David failed the Lord in this, in part, in the matter of Uriah the Hititite. Because of David's unfaithfulness, he had "given great occasion to the enemies of the Lord to blaspheme" (2 Samuel 12:14). Solomon was likewise entrusted by God with the kingdom, but even Solomon, "who was beloved of his God" (Nehemiah 13:26), "did evil in the sight of the Lord" (1 Kings 11:6).
The Lord does a great deal of trusting men and women with responsibilities and lives, from the care of the earth and the life upon it (Psalm 8:5-8; Revelation 11:18), to governing over people (Romans 13:1-2), to caring for children (Ephesians 6:4; Titus 2:4-5). Men are entrusted by God with great and important tasks, and they will all give an account for their deeds (Ecclesiastes 12:13-14; Hebrews 4:12-13). Despite the faithfulness or unfaithfulness of men, the Lord remains steadfast in love and is faithful in all things (Psalm 36:5; 89:8). As it is written,
If we are faithless, He remains faithful; He cannot deny Himself. (2 Timothy 2:13)
XIV. The Lord Hopes All Things (1 Corinthians 13:7).
This is an amazing phenomena (Romans 11:33). Although God has already predestined the eternal destiny of all mankind (e.g. Psalm 92:5-7; 139:16; Proverbs 16:4; Romans 9:11-23; Ephesians 1:4-5; 2 Timothy 1:9; Titus 1:2; Revelation 17:8) with the majority being destined to hell (Matthew 7:13-14; 22:14), being love and hoping all things He hopes that all might repent, seek Him, and be saved nonetheless. As it is written,
God, who made the world and everything in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands. Nor is He worshiped with men's hands, as though He needed anything, since He gives to all life, breath, and all things. And He has made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, and has determined their preappointed times and the boundaries of their dwellings, so that they should seek the Lord, in the hope that they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us. (Acts 17:24-27)
The Lord is indeed love (1 John 4:8) and therefore extremely loving and,
desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. (1 Timothy 2:4)
He takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked (Ezekiel 18:23, 32; 33:11). He has wept profusely over the lost (Jeremiah 8:18-9:3) and has even been found to strip Himself naked in wailing and howling for His people (Micah 1:8). Time and again He is seen in love hoping for their obedience, but they refuse (e.g. Deuteronomy 5:29; 32:29; Psalm 81:13; Isaiah 48:18; Luke 19:41-44). And why do they refuse? Because He makes them refuse (Deuteronomy 29:2-4; Proverbs 16:9; 20:24; Isaiah 63:17; Jeremiah 10:23; Hebrews 2:10). Truly His ways are past finding out (Romans 11:33)!
XV. God Endures All Things (1 Corinthians 13:7).
God wants to show His wrath and to make His power known, but He endures "with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath prepared for destruction" (Romans 9:22). He does this because He is love. He endures all things, even the wicked who were made to be destroyed (Proverbs 16:4; 2 Peter 2:12). This love, this endurance, is practiced because He also wants to "make known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy" (Romans 9:23). Therefore, love (endurance) is shown toward the wicked, so that love may be shown toward the elect.
Yet, the most graphic example of this can be found in Christ. Jesus, the King of Glory (Psalm 24:7-10), in a radical show of love for God and man, endured the cross, despising the shame (Hebrews 12:2). He endured blasphemous hostility from sinners (Matthew 27:39; Luke 23:39; Hebrews 12:3). He endured being forsaken by God (Psalm 22:1; Matthew 27:46) and stricken (Isaiah 53:4, 8). He endured being spat upon and beaten (Matthew 26:67), mocked, insulted and bruised (Isaiah 53:10; Matthew 27:29-31; Luke 18:32) scourged, nailed (Psalm 22:16; Colossians 2:14) and finally killed (Luke 18:33). He endured all these things because He is love. Love endures all things (1 Corinthians 13:7).
XVI. God Never Fails (1 Corinthians 13:8).
The Lord is righteous in her midst, He will do no unrighteousness. Every morning He brings His justice to light; He never fails. (Zephaniah 3:5)
God never fails and this is especially manifest toward His elect. As it is written,
The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, and He delights in his way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down; for the Lord upholds him with His hand. I have been young, and now am old; Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his descendants begging bread. (Psalm 37:23-25)
God's love never fails toward those whom He has chosen. Nothing can separate them from the love of Christ (Romans 8:29-39).
The Lord is good to those who wait for Him, to the soul who seeks Him. (Lamentations 3:25)
Through the Lord's mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. (Lamentations 3:22)
Koran says: The best of men is the man of Faith, Who calls all men to share his Faith, Whose life is pure, and whose law of life Is the Will of Allah. Eschew all evil, and adore Allah, and Him alone, His Signs are everywhere, and His Message Is the same through all the ages, a guide And a healing to those who believe. Dispute not, but live righteousness. Knowledge belongs to Allah, but Falsehood Deprive man of hope, humility, and clear sight, and drives him to Hypocrisy. So turn to Truth, and live. 41:33-54
Therefore, now, you can stop killing in the name of God because God does not want you to do it.
Never Ending War in the Middle East
Every time turning a newspaper page or looking at news on a television set, there is only one strong message on them which is keeping echo from the media-outlets that there is this never ending war in the Middle East. It appears that the Middle East is burning in flame which is going to engulf all the world at some point in future. Thus, the media is transmitting a chilling, and unpleasant feeling to a person about this whole sad state of the affairs in the Middle East. In fact, the media outlets are illustrating true grim reality in the Middle East and is not far fetch from the reality. Particularly, this “seven and a half years after US troops arrived in Afghanistan following the attack of Sept. 11, 2001, the war there is more deadly-and more muddled-than ever. When American troops first went to Afghanistan, they did so to overthrow the Taliban regime, which then ruled the nation and provided a haven for al-Qaeda. In less than three months, the Taliban was defeated, and a US-supported administration, headed by President Hamid Karazi, was installed in Kabul. Yet in 2009, the US is still fighting the Taliban, and al-Qaeda operatives are still plotting from Afghanistan.”2 Furthermore, this war in Afghanistan has made Pakistan to become an unstable nation as the secular state in the Pakistan is in the verge of collapse due to Taliban's belligerent hostility against the secular state in Pakistan which has undermined the central authority3 and Sufi Muhammad who is viewed as a moderate Taliban by American, and Sufi Muhammad is calling all shots in the Pakistan. 4 He would like to implement Islamic law or Sharia in the Pakistan, and blames the chaos in the Afghanistan on the US for its proxy war with Russia5 which took place in 1979, and ended in 1989. Henceforth, Sufi Muhammad believes that there is a just cause for him to prepare young Muslims to spread faith of Islam globally, and attacking at the US by using Canada, and Venezuela as a base to prepare Islamic Jihad against the US.6
Consequently, the Conservative Party of Canada, under leadership of Stephen HARPER, which has formed a weak minority government, who has decided to allocated $ 100 Billion in Canadian Armed Forces,7 and ignores homelessness situation in Canada. For example, City of Toronto has made below report on issue of homelessness:
552,000 Toronto households have incomes below the poverty line
250,000 Toronto households pay more than 30 per cent of their incomes on rent
71,000 households are now on the municipal waiting list for affordable social housing, and
31,985 homeless individuals (including 4,779 children) stayed in a Toronto shelter at least once during 2002.8
The above situation has not been improved as a matter of fact the above social situation has deteriorated in the city of Toronto:
One in 10 of the interviewed families reported that adult members had gone entire days without eating because they could not afford food for the entire household.
45 per cent reported they could not afford to feed their children balanced meals.
About half of the families said they delayed bill payments when food ran short, while 31 per cent have given up telephone, cable or Internet services.
Almost one quarter of households say they delayed rent payments to buy food.
Although they had access to them, only 22 per cent of the families reported using food banks in the previous 12 months.9
The city of Toronto is not the only city which is facing issue of homelessness, the City of Vancouver also reported a chilling story about issue of homelessness which is on rise.10 The City of Toronto and the City of Vancouver blamed aggressive conservative policy which eroded and erased social network programs which lead to issue of homelessness.
There is a great interest for the Conservative Party to implement policies which are destroying social network programs because in Canada there is no compulsorily military service which is main reason for the Conservative Party is allocating funds in army, but it is not investing in its people so people would be compel to join the army in order to feed their hungry stomachs.
As a result, the war in the Middle East would not end very soon because the Jihadist want to wage holy war against Western nations, and Canada is a prime target for the Jihadist because the Jihadist want to use Canada as a base to launch their attack on the US. Consequently, Conservative Party is enhancing its military capability in order to confront the Jihadist aggression. Since the Conservative Party would like to divide a society base on fine line of “have” and “have not”, it also gives this opportunity to the Conservative Party not to draft people to the Armed Forces, but they would be compel to join the army.

Title of the book: Execution by Hunger: the Hidden Holocaust by Miron Dolot

Miron Dolot's ( nom de plume) book titled EXECUTION BY HUNGER is a depressing and tragic history of the mass murder campaign in the Ukraine region of the Soviet Union from 1928 to 1933. This book is a detailed history of the planned famine which took place approximately 400 miles south of Kiev, the Ukraine when Stalin & co. orchestrated a planned famine to destroy Ukrainian nationalism under the ruse of eliminating "Enemies of the People" especially the Kulaks. Eventually even the poorest Ukrainians were considered Kulaks or enemies of the people. The book shows the progression of the tyranny and the gradual extermination of millions of Ukrainians including women, children, and even infants.
Dolot began his study with the first attempts of the Soviet bureaucrats entering the area of the Ukraine where he lived to encourage the Ukrainians to "voluntarily" give their land to the Soviet Unions' collective farms and to "voluntarily" join the collective farms. Dolot cites examples of Soviet bureaucrats who were supposed to be agricultural experts who did not the even know the difference between a colt and a calf. The book also describes the distortions of values when a young man by the name of Pavlik Morosov betrayed his father and other family members. The surviving family members killed this fellow by the for such cowardly action, but the Soviet authorities made him a national hero for betraying his family to the Soviet police state.
Dolot continued his study with the gradual yet lethal Soviet policies of starving the Ukrainians. First those who did not join the collective farms were threatened and then arrested. The quotas demanded of the collective farmers gradually increased, and when unrealistic goals were not met, food rations and other penalties were imposed. The excuse for the crop failures was that Kulak traitors, whose numbers were always increasing, had sabotaged crop and livestock production. The balance of the quotas were met by reduction of rations to famine levels.
Then in 1930, the "Enemies of the People" changed. Even though Soviet law forbade anti-Jewish statements and propaganda, the Jews were blamed for crop failures. This may have been due to Stalin's purge of Leon Trotsky who was born Jewish. Dolot reminded readers of Soviet law against this sort of propaganda, but the "class enemies" briefly changed.
As conditions got worse in the Ukraine, other ruses were used to try to fool the Ukrainians. One example was the demonstration of a tractor whereby Soviet propagandists tried to tell the Ukrainians that only the Soviet Union had tractors. Yet when Dolot examined the tractor, he discovered it was made in a foreign country. The stupidity of the Soviet bureaucrats obviously led to failures. Dolot explained that the leadership in the area of the Ukraine where he lived led to purges. Ukrainian collaborators who turned on their own people were now purged and either shot or sent to Siberian concentration camps never to be seen again. Dolot explained that there was no sympathy of these collaborators, but there was no particular joy in the purges.
Dolot carefully explained that with each change in political leadership, there came increased police and military personnel. People who were verbally abused were now either arrested or shot. By 1930, military units guarded crop fields with towers and automatic weapons. Long boring lectures were the order of the week especially Sundays. Public accusations were made for crop failures and the decline in livestock. Prior Soviet collaborators and current Soviet appointees were publicly accused of sabotage and "wreckage" and arrested at these meeting. Also rations were cut, and those who either had private farms or gardens were raided by police and military authorities looking for hoarded food. An amusing anecdote was the complaint that the number of horses was reduced in the Ukraine. The accusation was that Kulak traitors had deliberately kept horses separated by tying them in barns. Dolot had the effrontery to comment that the number of horses was reduced in his area because there no stallions. Yet bureaucratic minded murderers refused to even consider such a reason. Dolot graphically described the worsening conditions. Rations were reduced to below starvation levels. Desparate people who went to the wheat fields were shot. Survivors repeatedly had their homes raided because they survived and that they must be hoarding food. The Ukrainians finally realized that they were being "executed by hunger" when there was little they could do about it. People tried to get food in cities only to find no one who would sell or give them food. Famished people could not do hard farm work. Crop production failed, and the area was filled with men, women, and children (including infants) who starved where they fell or died trying to get to other locations. Dolot gave examples of dead women holding their dead infant children in snow banks or close to railroad stations. What was amusing if not so tragic was the threat of arrest. Those arrested would at least get fed until the Soviet authorities realized what happened. What was particularly stupid of the Soviet authorities was the use of arrest and sentences to concentration camps in Siberia. One could ask the question why the Soviet authorities would send dissenters and "enemies of the people" to concentration camps when the entire area of the Ukraine was in effect a giant concentration camp.
The situation was so disparate that when Ukrainians killed and consumed their pets, the Soviet authorities issued quotas for dog and cat skins. Then Soviet police and troops would shoot dogs and cats to fill this quota to prevent the Ukrainians from eating their pets. Fishing and hunting were outlawed as the fish and wildlife were socialist state property, and anyone who fished or hunted was stealing from the state and therefore an "enemy of the people."
The situation was so separate that the Ukrainians preferred suicide to starvation. The suicide of choice was carbon monoxide. The people would close chimney flues and doors, start a fire, and die peacefully from carbon monoxide poisoning. Dolot gave examples of his family checking on friends and other family members only to discover they committed suicide. Other families died of starvation and exhaustion when they too tried to discover the fate of loved ones.
Dolot was fortunate when W.W. II started. He fought for the Soviet Army and was captured. He knew if he returned to the Soviet Union, he would shot as a traitor or deserter. He remained in West Germany and was eventually able to come to the U.S. He never saw his mother or other family members ever again. Yet, he had the utmost respect for his mother who usually outsmarted the Soviet police and soldiers in providing food for her family.
One criticism of this book is that Dolot could have given a brief history of the political tensions between the Russian authorities (Czarist and Communist) which began when Czar Micheal Romanov took power in 1607. Tensions erupted again during the reign of Catherine the Great (1762-1796)when Pugachev led an Ukrainain rebellion that was finally crushed. Such history would clarify the historical tensions between the Russians and the Ukrainians which did not start with the Soviets and Lenin and Stalin. This book took this reviewer considerable time to read because it was so depressing. Yet, the writing style is terse and lucid. Dolot does not rhapsodize or exaggerate. Some historians of Russian/Soviet History have mildly scolded Dolot for understating the number who died. During the Yalta Conference in 1945,Stalin boasted that his ordered liquidation of the Kulaks cost 17 million lives. Probably the best estimate is approximately 10 million lives. Other books to read to further understand the frugality of the Soviet system up to the time of Stalin's death(1953)are Robert Conquest's books title THE GREAT TERROR and THE HARVEST OF SORROW. Dolot's book titled EXECUTION BY HUNGER is a good book to start to understand the horror of the events in the Ukraine between 1928 to 1933.
