Kosovo: Islamism's New Beachhead?

As Americans look quizzically at their TV sets while non-Muslim protestors in Europe torch a U.S. embassy, they should know that yesterday’s 200,000-person protest in Belgrade (whose members are separate from the fire starters) is the first time in two decades that Serbs are showing a glimmer of rational behavior--amid 20 years of the “free world” foisting terrorist neighbors upon them.

The Divider

By Jacob LaksinFrontPageMagazine.com Thursday, February 21, 2008
A critical plank of Sen. Obama’s presidential campaign has been his appeal for national unity. In speeches crafted to bridge partisan divides, he has assailed the “drama and division and distraction” of Washington politics and urged Americans to rise above their differences. Whatever one makes of this approach, and substantively it leaves a great deal to be desired, there is little doubting its success thus far. Whether in southern states like South Carolina, with their large black electorates, or majority-white states like Iowa and Wisconsin, Obama’s message has found popular purchase. So it is not a little ironic that the cross-racial bonhomie engendered by the Obama campaign is threatened by the woman closest to the senator: his wife Michelle Obama.

Native killer Canadians are enemy of Iran

Greetings to All,
As you may know I have constantly warned of the Bernard Lewis Plan to divide the (so-called) "MIddle East" into puny statelets for the sake of controlling the oil of theh Caucasus, Central Asia and the Persian Gulf. The principal targets of this plan are Iran, Iraq and Turkey, however the entire region is implicated as you will see on the maps below. View Bernard Lewis Plan unveiled in Austria in late May 19179 after the revolution in Iran Map by retired General by Ralph Peters (source: Peters, R. (2006). Blood Borders: How a better Middle East would Look. in Armed Forces Journal, June Issue.) Here is a quote from Dreyfus and LeMarc:"According to Lewis, the British should encourage rebellions for national autonomy by the minorities such as the Lebanese Druze, Baluchis, Azarbaiajni Turks, Syrian Alawites, the Copts of Ethiopia, Sudanese mystical sects, Arabian tribes…the goal is the break-up of the Middle East into a mosaic of competing ministates and the weakening of the sovereignty of existing republics and kingdoms…spark a series of breakaway movements by Iran’s Kurds, Azaris, baluchis, and Arabs…these independence movements, in turn would represent dire threats to Turkey, Iraq, Pakistan and other neighbouring states" {Dreyfus and LeMarc, 1980, P.157}.Saddam Hussein was supported by the west to help sever Khuzistan. One of the major reasons the scheme failed, was that the Iranian-Arabs themselves fought against the pan-Arabists: Iranian Arabs preparing to fight Saddam Hussein Baathist legions during the Iran-Iraq War. Note that the only non-Arab man is the individual with a green beret and rocket launcher. Engdahl notes that the Bernard Lewis Plan endeavours to “…promote the Balkanization of the entire Muslim Near East along Tribal and religious lines” (Engdahl, ,2004, p.171)There is now a new book that clearly exposes this scheme clearly:"Israel and the Clash of Civilizations: Iraq, Iran and the Plan to Remake the Middle East"By: Jonathan Cook http://www.jkcook.net/Clash-of-Civilisations.htmBelow is a quote from Cook:"The Pentagon and CIA are also active in "black operations" in Iran, have been for many months, and it's no secret why. As in Iraq, Lebanon and Palestine, it's to create ethnic tensions throughout the country, promote conflict, and hope it will destabilize the government and force it into a mistake Washington can jump on in response. A Pentagon source told Seymour Hersh that their operatives are working with Azeris in the north, Baluchis in the southeast, Kurds in the northeast, and their own special forces in-country as well." I just recieved news that pan-Turk activists are distributing thousands fo leaflets in Urumiya to encourage people to run into the streets to "protest against Persian chauvensim in the name of mother language day". There is also a silent cultural war being raged agianst Iran - many UN and EU bodies have issued statements that target the country of Iran (not just the government) - there have been motions passed in western parliaments such as Sweden and England (i.e. Keith Vaz in particular) condemning Iran's culture. Note the shocking photo below: LEFT: The Prime Minister of Canada Harper (before his election as Prime Minister) greets Rafiq Abu-Sharif on November 22, 2001. RIGHT: Abu-Sharif embraced by the Canadian Prime Minister of the time, Paul Martin (the same meeting seen on picture to the left on November 22, 2001). The woman to the left behind Abu-Sharif may be the England-based Dr. Al-Assad, who wrote bitterly against me after I posted an article with Mahan Abedin on Asia Times exposing Abu-Sharif's groups links with Great Britian. Her best retort was that we were stating "Pahlavi-era narratives". The openly racist leader of the Al-Ahwaz group proudly brags about "blowing up Persians". Interestingly, neither Harper nor Martin, indeed noone in the west or the UN in general, has ever condemned the terrorist actions of abu-Sharif's group nor the fact that his organization openly embraces Baathist ideology and regalia. The purported western excuse for shedding these crocodile tears is the worn-out expression: "language rights". There are now so many expressions for "rights", that one wonders what and whose "rights" they will advocate next - It would be nice if they were honest and simply stated "Petroleum Rights". Best RegardsKaveh Farrokh
New Book: "Israel and the Clash of Civilizations: Iraq, Iran and the Plan to Remake the Middle East"In his thought-provoking new book, British journalist Jonathan Cook argues that Israel’s desire to be the sole regional power in the Middle East has shaped the Bush Administration's objectives in the 'war on terror'. Georgetown U's Wahhabi Front

By Patrick PooleFrontPageMagazine.com Tuesday, February 19, 2008
In December 2005, Georgetown University announced receipt of a $20 million gift to endow the school’s Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding by Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, after whom the Center was renamed. The Center’s director, John Esposito, has been known for his vigorous apologetics for Islamic extremism, authoring several books prior to the endowment’s announcement dismissing the global influence of extremist Islamic ideology. Under Esposito’s oversight, the Center has also developed questionable ties to individuals and organizations directly involved in Islamic terrorism. One example of these ties is the joint conference held by the Center with the United Association for Studies and Research (UASR) in July 2000. By that time, UASR had long been identified as the political command for HAMAS in the United States, and Esposito’s co-chair for the conference was then-UASR executive director Ahmed Yousef, who fled the country in 2005 to avoid prosecution and currently serves as the spokesman for the HAMAS terrorist organization in Gaza.
As a result of the Saudi funding and terror ties, Rep. Frank Wolf last week directed a letter to Georgetown president John DeGioia expressing his concerns as an alumnus of the university over the activities of the Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding and the seeming absence of criticism or discussion by the Center of human rights abuses and denial of religious freedom by the Saudi regime. An article by Steven Emerson of the Investigative Project reporting the contents of Rep. Wolf’s letter also noted Esposito’s long history of defending radical Islam and his vocal support and praise of his self-described “good friend”, convicted Palestinian Islamic Jihad leader Sami Al-Arian.
In fact, there is much more for Rep. Wolf and other Georgetown alumni to be concerned about. Since Prince Alwaleed’s gift, the Center at Georgetown under Esposito’s direction has since become a haven for Muslim Brotherhood-connected scholars and longtime paid representatives of the Saudi Wahhabi regime. Two individuals that have recently been appointed to top positions within the Center, Susan Douglass and Hadia Mubarak, have been active in leadership positions with known front organizations for the international Muslim Brotherhood – identified as such in court documents by the Department of Justice. Douglas, who has additionally been a longtime paid employee of the Saudi regime (discussed below) is listed as the Center’s educational consultant and Mubarak is identified as the senior researcher for the Center. A third staff member is Abdullah Al-Arian, the oldest son and family spokesman for Sami Al-Arian, who is listed as a researcher for the organization.

Toronto couple sue Iranian Nobel Prize winner Shirin Ebadi over book deal

A Canadian couple is suing 2003 Nobel Peace Prize winner Shirin Ebadi for reneging on an agreement to co-author a book.

Brief synopsis of Shirin EBADI's book and the Islamic Republic of Iran under banner of reform:

“What made Khatami different was precisely what made him useful. The Islamic Republic badly needed to receive its credibility in the eyes of the disillusioned younger generation. With his youthful appeal and his deep allegiance to the Islamic system, Khatami was the ideal way to loosen up Iran without weakening the regime.”[1]

“It seemed to me students were becoming more and more anit-shah without knowing why, as though it were a badge of intellectual status, like reading Simon de Beauvior…neither of us had absorbed the revolution really. What idiot we were.”[2]

They observed and heard one activist to chant in confrontational slogan, and Ebadi told her two daughters “your decision to chant along with him is no measure of your commitment to justice or freedom or whatever lofty principle is at hand. Sometimes, radical slogans are a trap…your objective is to avoid being a pawn, to avoid getting dragged into trouble because you are a curious, or to believe you are seeing history being made.”[3] According to above statement Ebadi is a well calculated person and self-absorbed.

All in all, Shirin EBADI is a puppet of Islamic Republic of Iran, and going around and spreading propaganda that Iran is moving toward reform. Reforming what? The cleric gave title of ayatollahs to themselves which mean they are signs of god on earth and they are the one who would rule Iran in the name of god, and others are incompetent to make decision.

Since 1979 the cleric regime has murdered anyone for speaking against their establishment, and how come she is in position to reform the establishment in Iran?

Peaceful Assembly against cleric regime agent Shirin EBADI and Canada sponsering terrorism

On Friday February 15th, 2008 “Shahrvand” Magazine published an article that West Coast LEAF invited Ms. Shirin EBADI to city of Vancouver, Province of British Columbia (BC) Canada.

Asking Iranian person this coming Friday February 29th, 2008 at 0730 a.m. to appear at Hyatt Regency Hotel Vancouver, 655 Burrard Street, Vancouver and say to Canada for sponsoring terrorism.

Also, University of Victoria has invited Ms. Shirin EBADI “a human rights activist from Iran and a Canadian who became the focal point for human rights abuses in the aftermath of 9/11 will both be coming to campus as part of the President’s Distinguished Lectures program.” She will speak on March 03rd, 2008 at 0800 p.m. at Farquhar Auditorium.

Canada has a long history of sponsoring terrorism like allowing mullah Rafsanjani to own HWY 407 and Center Point Mall in Ontario which is contrary to Criminal Code of Canada 83.03. Kindly be advice that mullah Rafsanjani has family are Canadian citizens too.

Legal Rights:

Legal Rights:

1) Universal Declaration of Human Rights:
Article 19:
“Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.”[1]
2) Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms:
“Everyone has the following fundamental freedoms
a) freedom of conscience and religion;
b) freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication;
c) freedom of peaceful assembly; and
d) freedom of association.”[2]
Legal Case:
Superior Court. In case of Wyeth-Ayerst Canada Inc., Petitioner v. Louise Phaneuf Respondent. Date: February 21, 2002. The HON. John H. GOMERY, J.S.C. Canada Province of Québec, District of Montreal.

“[6] Petitioner's Motion for slander and for the respect of privacy seeks an injunctive order to compel Respondent to cease and refrain from "expressing anything, directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever, concerning, naming, involving or in respect of the
Petitioner...its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, management and employees..." and specifically, to withdraw from her web-site "any declarations, allegations or references, concerning the Petitioner, its affiliates" etc. The Motion also asks the Court to condemn Respondent to pay Petitioner the sum of $100,000.00 for punitive and exemplary damages.

[7] The justification alleged for this massive assault upon Respondent's freedom of expression is the supposedly defamatory nature of the contents of Respondent's website, which, according to Petitioner, invades its privacy and damages its reputation. Petitioner also alleges that the privacy of its senior management is violated by the publication of their e-mail addresses on the web-site

[8] The Court is not seized with the merits of Petitioner's proceedings. The application now being made is for a safeguard order in accordance with article 766(4) C.C.P. which empowers the Court, at the time of presentation of a motion and before it has been heard, to "make all orders necessary to protect the rights of the parties for the time and on the conditions it determines."[3]
…...

[14]…"The other value to be balanced in a defamation action is the protection of the reputation of the individual. Although much has very properly been said and written about the importance of freedom of expression, little has been written of the importance of reputation. Yet, to most people, their good reputation is to be cherished above all. A good reputation is closely related to the innate worthiness and dignity of the individual. It is an attribute that must, just as much as freedom of expression, be protected by society's laws. In order to undertake the balancing required by this case, something must be said about the value of reputation. Democracy has always recognized and cherished the fundamental importance of an individual. That importance must, in turn, be based upon the good repute of a person. It is that good repute which enhances an individual's sense of worth and value. False allegations can so very quickly and completely destroy a good reputation. A reputation tarnished by libel can seldom regain its former luster. A democratic society, therefore, has an interest in ensuring that its members can enjoy and protect their good reputation so long as it is merited."[4]
….

“[16] The same remarks apply to the respect to be given to private life, a value guaranteed in article 5 of the Quebec Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms R.S.Q. c.C-12. The extent to which the right to privacy may limit the fundamental right to freedom of expression guaranteed in article 3 of the Charter will vary according to the degree of privacy to which each person is entitled. Corporations have a lesser right to privacy than individuals. Furthermore it is far from apparent that publication of the email address of a corporate officer constitutes an invasion of the latter's privacy.

[17] Petitioner cites the decision in Investors Group Inc. v. Hudson (1999) R.J.Q. 599 (C.S.) in support of its application. The judgment rendered in that case is not a useful precedent, since the facts upon which it was based cannot be compared to the present circumstances, for two reasons. First of all, in the Hudson case the safeguard order followed a full hearing of the litigation between the parties and a careful reading of the judgment rendered, reported at J.E. 98-1329, reveals that most of Mr. Hudson's allegations about the treatment he had received at the hands of Investors Group Inc. were held to be unfounded. In other words, the defamatory nature of the statements published on his web-site had already been established. Secondly, the particulars of the statements is not known; possibly they were much more intemperate than those by Respondent in the present case.

[18] Respondent is defending herself in this matter without the assistance of an attorney. She says she does not have the means to engage counsel. This is unfortunate; she finds herself embroiled in litigation where the resources of her opponent are enormous, and its readiness to use all the means at its disposal to intimidate her and to contest her claims is evident. Furthermore, because she is not a member of the Bar, costs in her favour cannot be awarded.

[19] For These Reasons, Petitioner's application for a safeguard order is dismissed without costs.”[5]

Criminal Code of Canada:
“423.1 (1) No person shall, without lawful authority, engage in conduct referred to in subsection (2) with the intent to provoke a state of fear in
….
(c) a journalist in order to impede him or her in the transmission to the public of information in relation to a criminal organization.
(2) The conduct referred to in subsection (1) consists of
(a) using violence against a justice system participant or a journalist or anyone known to either of them or destroying or causing damage to the property of any of those persons;
(b) threatening to engage in conduct described in paragraph (a) in Canada or elsewhere;
(c) persistently or repeatedly following a justice system participant or a journalist or anyone known to either of them, including following that person in a disorderly manner on a highway;
(d) repeatedly communicating with, either directly or indirectly, a justice system participant or a journalist or anyone known to either of them; and
(e) besetting or watching the place where a justice system participant or a journalist or anyone known to either of them resides, works, attends school, carries on business or happens to be.
(3) Every person who contravenes this section is guilty of an indictable offence and is liable to imprisonment for a term of not more than fourteen years. 2001, c. 32, s. 11.”[6]

Summing up above legal framework:

Looking back at 1979 Revolution

When 1979 Revolution took place in Iran and Iranian citizens revolted against their King of Kings Mohammad Reza PAHLAVI I because Khomeini HENDI promised to Iranian people that he would make everything free to Iranian people.

Khomeini was going to make public transit, electricity, gas, oil for free, and Khomeini was so generous that he was going to give 750 Rials or 75 Tomans to each person. Iranian people believed to Khomeini’s idea of magic beans, and one reason was that he was one of children of Prophet Muhammad. Iranian people were so eager to say death to the King. Even Iran’s so called intellectual took part in the revolution, and His Majesty left Iran in peace.

Now looking back at what Iran had, Iran had White Revolution that students were receiving foods for free, and university student’s tuition fee was paid whether in Iran or outside of Iran. Therefore, illiterate rate was on decline in Iran. White Revolution went beyond border of education; it was about “pursuing the public good by enhancing civil society and social justice.” Quite frankly, this White Revolution was moving Iran toward gate of great civilization. However, today, there is a different reality in Iran under the cleric regime which has adopted Black Revolution where there is no secular education but education system which is endorsing the cleric’s superstition about none sense and has no reflection to science, and faith of Islam is rejected by Iranian people as a faith of hate and propaganda and means to occupy Iran, the legal system has adopted rule of chopping off people into small pieces, and the clerics are plundering Iran’s wealth and depositing their stolen assets from Iranian people in countries like Canada, the clerics are sexually assaulting Iranian ladies and Iranian men are standing and watching outlaw Revolutionary Guard or Besij or other form of state thug to carry on their atrocity.

There is this natural conclusion that Iranian people revolted against themselves and did not revolt against their King. Please have more magic beans in name of reform from Akbar GANJI, Mohsen SAZEGARA or casting your vote in this upcoming election.

Why Does Obama's Pastor Matter?

By John PerazzoFrontPageMagazine.com Monday, February 04, 2008
Barack Obama, in a way that recalls John F. Kennedy, a politician to whom he's frequently compared, has carefully controlled and burnished his image to create the impression of an independent figure, free from dogma and ideological entanglements. But there is one man who threatens to undermine Obama's appealing narrative as a man above the ugly quarrels and divisive partisanship of the past: his longtime pastor and spiritual adviser, Rev. Jeremiah Wright.
