Royal Dutch Shell's Q4 net profit rises 60 per cent to US$8.47 billion

AMSTERDAM, Netherlands - Royal Dutch Shell PLC, Europe's largest oil company, reported Thursday that fourth-quarter profit rose 60 per cent due to asset sales and higher oil prices.
