Sexual assault in North-America is a common practice in prison system. It is the way the society would like to seek revegange against a convicted felon.
The guards, and everyone, intentionally, are creating unsafe and inseucre climate in the prison so they can enjoy burtality which is taking place in prison before their eyes. Otherwise, to be a prison guard is boring job, and unrewarded job.
