Cultural Globalization

This portion of the paper is discussing cultural globalization which means sameness.[1] Dr. George Grant would argue that the Liberal doctrine was about universalism and sameness. In 1970s Coca Cola was an international brand name.[2] In 1980, McDonald became an international fast food.[3] Today, clothes, and hair styles “are only one form of cultural expression that permits a blending of ethnic themes and individual choice.”[4] Foods are no longer belonged to one part of the world. Sushi which is a Japaneses food, it can be consumed in most part of the world.[5]
Hollywood plays a major role to spread western culture around the world. Young people watch Hollywood movies and listen to western music that the above entertainment give them source of inspiration to become like western world.
Music is another vital tool to bring diverse people in a common ground. Most people around the world know who Michael Jackson is. His music is available in iTunes for a small fee.[6] The Internet provided social Medias like YouTube, FaceBook and blogs that people can post a video clip of an event on YouTube in order to share it with others around the world, and create concept of globality or global village. If a person feels like to express her/himself online can use a blog and contributes to world of thinking and creating social cohesion among people.[7]
The globalization is facing challenges from Castells “network society and its “systematic disjunction between the local and the global for most individuals and social groups … search for meaning takes place then in the construction of defensive identities around communal principles.”[8] The above ideas are difficult to believe because it is lacking ingenuity impart the real culprits that causes chaos are politicians and corporate that they act behind the scene and causing unrest around the world. It was during June 2010 summit in Toronto, Ontario Canada people who went on protest, and authority responded with iron fist and CBC aired a program “You Should Have Stayed Home” that how people lost their civil liberty in light of globalization.

Modern Governance: The Challenges for Policy Analysis

Karl Marx experienced the capitalist system in terms of exploitation of working class in hands of a few owners of means of production, and dedicated his life to analysis capitalist system and how it forced people to live their lives according to terms and condition of capitalist system. He asserted that the French Revolution of 1798 triggered by bourgeoisie class to move away from conservative ideology to liberal ideology that social status would not be ascribed, but it would be achieved status.[1] Today, people are facing mighty alternative version of capitalism or liberalism which is neo – liberalism or globalization. The concept of globalization is presenting itself at two sides of a coin. It can appear as a natural phenomenon or it is creation of human ingenuity to shape the way we live. According an American journalist Thomas L. Friedman argued that globalization is not a phenomenon.[2] It is product of international system which is shaping domestic and international affairs of a nation.[3] There are academic scholars that they adamantly would argue that globalization is a phenomenon. I would argue that globalization is not a phenomena but it is pioneered by neo liberal entities for world domination against developing nations, and former conservative premier of Ontario Mike Harris destroyed social fabric of Ontario and there is nothing praise worthy to say about him.

In this portion of the paper it is exploring concepts and ideas that how globalization is not a phenomenon, but it is pioneered by neo liberal entities for world domination against developing nations. According to George A. MacLean and Duncan R. Wood book “Politics an Introduction” “the end of World War Two, and the period following it that came to be known as the postwar era.”[4] Dr. Robert Brym from University of Toronto in his book “New Society: Sociology for the 21st Century” argued that it was during Cold War Era that the “Western powers to overcome the communist regimes of the Soviet Union and its allies – had been the dominate structural feature of world politics.”[5] There was a war of economic between East and West rather than an actual military conflict between East and West. It was a well known fact that after World War Two European nations did not have strong economy and needed flood of money to rebuild their economy from ashes of war.  According to George A. MacLean, in 1944, there was a conference at Bretton Woods, New Hampshire to discuss new monetary arrangement,[6] and gold became a standard for currencies and US currency became a standard.[7] It was during Bretton Woods conference that the US and Britain decided not to wage war against each other.[8] The US and Britain created International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the International Bank of Reconstruction and Development (World Bank).[9] The IMF “enforced a regime of fixed exchange rates, and lend money to states experiencing balance of payments difficulties.”[10] The World Bank was providing funding to rebuild Europe from ruin of war that endured during World War Two.[11] The US came with policy of Marshall Plan which provided financial assistance to Western European nations to rebuild their nations.[12] It was during these critical moments to prevent spread of communism in Europe, and making commerce more lucrative for Multinational Corporations, the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade and later on the World trade Organization appeared to remove tariffs and other trade restriction among friendly nations.[13] According to Dr. Robert Brym, in 1989, the Berlin Wall brought down as a symbolic sign that former Soviet Union was on verge of collapsed.[14] In 1991, it became official for Soviet Union to lose its power in Eastern European nations.[15] “Almost overnight, it seemed, a new world order had appeared.”[16] Now, let's watch George Bush Senior's September 11th, 1991 speech about New World Order.
CBC: The Lies That Led to War
This idea of new world order may appear as a utopian world vision of peace. The idea of peace has many different meaning for different nation. The idea of peace for ancient Rome meant that other nations were posing security threat to sovereignty of Rome and had to surrender to Rome. Today, this idea of new world order means that all nations must submit to will of the US.
In 1997, a New American Century think tank organization issued a manifesto called “Rebuilding America's Defense”. It is clearly promoting agenda of regime change around the world so that the US would become a global constable.
The course materials indicated that globalization is facing local resistance due to primordial values that people preserved can cherished their traditional community as Friedman called it “olive tree”.[17] In 2003, Scholte argued that globalization has been around for a long time. Globalization – as internationalization (in term of commerce among nations), globalization – as liberalization (removing trade restriction among nations), globalization – as universalization (people are having same experience), globalization – as westernization (capitalism, rationalism and urbanism).[18] Scholte discussed the concept of globality “the sense that the entire planet is a single social space, that people carry on conversations in that space irrespective of territoriality, that they pay collective attention to “global events”[19] which is the same concept of global village that “refers to the immediate experience of sights and sounds from anywhere in the world when transmitted by electronic media.”[20] Appadurai suggested that globalization has five escape elements. One, ethnoescapes that people can move from one part of the world to another part of the world for a brief time or long time.[21] Two, technoescapes is the Internet and transportation.[22] Three, financescapes that market is unpredictable.[23] Four, mediaescapes that there is diverse media exist due to use of Internet.[24] Last, ideoescapes that ideas are flowing from one nation to another one.[25]
Karl Marx stated that the “capitalism respect no political boundaries.”[26]  Today, there are 78 000 Transnational Corporations (TNCs)[27] or Multinational Corporations (MNCs) that they have employed 73 million people around the world.[28] In addition, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), in 1998 was $640 billion, and in 2003 the FDI was $1.3 trillion.[29]
The above achievements all good news for the MNCs and at no time the author of this paper discussed how MNCs were exploiting workers in developing nations. The MNCs were taking jobs from their host countries and leaving people in their own country at state of poverty like city of Detroit went bankrupt because the car factories moved to developing nations due to cheap labors that these labors were not protected by any labor laws and exposed to harmful chemicals during process of making goods in the factories. In regard to FDI, it is the same story that how dictators in developing nations like former Egypt President Hosni Mubbarak had assets in Canada, and once there was a revolution in Egypt, Canadian government seized his assets. It was not clear now who owned those assets. You may do further reading of Noam Chomsky “The Failed States”.

The last stage of economic globalization is race to the bottom. George Grant in his book “Lament for a Nation” explained that how Canada was losing its national sovereignty to American giant business. Canada was gradually becoming part of the US. The MNCs were using political system to sign treaties with other companies around the world,[30] and the MNCs were not elected by people[31] who were making decision on behalf of people. The MNCs were interested about their own profits and nothing else.  As a result, The MNCs were diminishing national sovereignty of nations.

This portion of the presentation is discussing how former conservative premier of Ontario Mike Harris destroyed social fabric of Ontario and there is nothing praise worthy to say about him. His Common Sense revolution removed rent cap and allowed landlords to increase house rent, and there was no longer overtime pay and people were working long hours and could not afford to pay for their basic necessity of life and became homelessness in Ontario. According to City of Toronto, number of homelessness increased in Toronto because Mike Harris government removed all social safety networks and caused a city of two million to have 5000 homeless people. The United Nations on two different occasions condemned Canada for not doing enough in matter of homelessness. The course materials stated that Mike Harris government shut down hospitals and laid off nurses from hospitals. Asked yourself where these sick people were suppose to go and what did happen to them? Some people died because they did not receive medical attention that they needed. In case of war on welfare which is common currency of  liberal and conservative to blame every misfortune of government on welfare recipients.  Mike Harris government caused Kimberly Rogers who had not give birth to her child to committed suicide.  While Mike Harris and Ernie Eve were tough on vulnerable people in Ontario, there friends gained employment with Hydro Ontario and other Crown Corporations and made good fortunes for themselves. The course pack stated that his government sold the liquor in Ontario to a private sector. Someone needs to ask why when it was government liquor and was doing well sold to his friends? Why a private sector wants to buy a business which is not making profit?

Silent Weapons For Quiet Wars Document - Full Read

Wake Up Call - New World Order (Full Documentary)

Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars

n 1979, as Iranian revolutionaries were taking charge in Tehran, Carter National Security Adviser, Afghan Frankenstein godfather and Trilateral Commission co-founder, Zbigniew Brzezinski, was in Kuwait City meeting with Kuwaiti Emir Sheik Jaber Ahmed al Sabah, House of Saud envoys, and Iraqi President Saddam Hussein.  The group decided that Saddam’s Republican Guard would seize the oil-rich Iranian province of Khuzistan.
In 1980 Iraq invaded Iran.  That same year Kuwait’s Ambassador to the United Nations shed light on the forces which had used Brzezinski to goad Hussein into his attempt to partition Iran’s oilfields.  He informed the UN General Assembly of, “a cabal which controls and manipulates and exploits the rest of humanity by controlling the money and wealth of the world”.
The cabal which Kuwait’s UN Ambassador was referring to controls the JASON Society which, according to author William Cooper’s book Behold a Pale Horse, emerged from a 1952 alliance between Europe’s Black Nobility, the Illuminati and the Vatican.  The JASON Society is also known as The Order of the Quest - the exact name of the Afghan Roshaniya “all-seeing ones”.  The power structure for JASON is recruited from Skull & Bones, Scroll & Key, Britain’s Group of Oxford, and the German Thule Society.  JASON has close ties to the Trilateral Commission and the CFR.  Its name comes from the story of Jason and the Golden Fleece, which denotes a search for truth.
President Eisenhower commissioned JASON to investigate the UFO question. Many of the group’s top scientists came from the Manhattan Project which developed the atomic bomb.  The group was behind the advent of submarine warfare and President Reagan’s Star Wars initiative.  JASON is the driving force behind secret US military technology being developed at places like Area 51 near Groom Lake, Nevada.
Cooper, a former Naval Intelligence officer, states that JASON scientists have come to the conclusion that the greenhouse affect may actually lead to a new Ice Age.  The Pentagon Papers revealed that JASON was behind an electromagnetic barrier placed over the DMZ (demilitarized zone) during the Vietnam War.
JASON, through the Black Nobility, serves the Bilderberger Group, whose Policy Committee, at its first known meeting in 1954, endorsed a JASON document titled Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars.  Research for the document was done at the Rockefeller Foundation’s Harvard Economic Research Project.  What follows are excerpts of the document, which Cooper claims to have had in his possession:

“This publication marks the 25th anniversary of the Third World War, called the ‘Quiet War’, being conducted using subjective biological warfare…implying extensive objectives of social control and destruction of human life, i.e., slavery and genocide…dominance revolved around the subject of energy sciences…
…bookkeeping can be made king if the public can be kept ignorant of the methodology…
…it was agreed that a nation or world of people who will not use their intelligence are no better than animals…  Such people are beasts of burden and steaks on the table by choice and consent…consequently…it was decided to privately wage a quiet war…shifting the natural and social energy of the undisciplined and irresponsible many into the hands of the self-disciplined, responsible and worthy few.
In order to achieve a totally predictable economy, the low-class elements of the society must be brought under total control, i.e., must be housebroken, trained and assigned a yoke…
…the lower class family unit must be disintegrated by the process of increasing preoccupation of the parents…
That government which gave him control of its economic system got his support…balanced by the negation of population (genocide)…war is therefore the balancing of the system by killing the true creditors…
The quality of education given to the lower class must be of the poorest sort…with such an initial handicap, even the bright lower class individuals have little hope of extricating themselves from their assigned lot in life.  This form of slavery is essential to maintaining some measure of social order, peace and tranquility for the ruling upper class.
The public cannot comprehend this weapon, and therefore cannot believe they are being attacked and subdued.  The general public…has become a herd of proliferating barbarians…a blight upon the face of the earth…it is possible to program computers…(to) bring about the complete control and subjugation of the public…the simplest form of economic amplifier is advertising.
If a person is spoken to by a TV advertiser as if he were a 12-year-old, then…he will reach into his economic reservoir to buy that product…achieved by disengaging their minds…engaging their emotions…the more confusion, the more profit.  Create problems, then offer solutions…keep the public entertainment below the 6th grade level…keep the public busy…back on the farm with the other animals…silent weapons technology is an outgrowth of a simple idea discovered, succinctly expressed and effectively applied by…Mr. Mayer Amschel Rothschild…
Rothschild discovered the missing passive component of economic theory known as economic inductance…That principle is ‘when you assume the appearance of power, people soon give it to you’…
This form of slavery is essential to maintaining some measure of social order, peace and tranquility for the ruling upper class.
Rothschild discovered that currency or deposit loan accounts had the required appearance of power that could be used to induce people into surrendering their real wealth in exchange for a loan of promissory notes (paper money).
Mr. Rothschild loaned his promissory notes to individuals and governments.  Then he would make money scarce, tighten control of the system, and collect collateral through the obligation of contracts (debt)…The pressures could be used to ignite war.  Then he would control the availability of currency to determine who would win the war.  That government which gave him control of its economic system got his support…balanced by the negation of population (genocide)…war is therefore the balancing of the system by killing the true creditors…
…the politicians are publicly hired hit men that justify the act (of war)…take control of the world by the use of economic silent weapons in the form of ‘quiet warfare’ and reduce economic inductance of the world to a safe level by the process of benevolent slavery and genocide…if the lower classes can be postponed long enough, the elite can achieve energy dominance…the ‘Presidential’ level of commander-in-chief is shared by the international bankers.”

Conservative Party of Canada equal to Hizbollah

What are the difference between Hizbollah and Conservative Party of Canada? They are not much difference between Hizbollah and Conservative Party of Canada. They are obsess with woman sexuality and seek venues to dehumanize women. Just take Tory MP Maurice Vellacott seeks to bring abortion debate to House of Commons. Today, scientists are interested about making new discoveries about new world. Here is Maurice Vellacott who lives in a mechanical solidarity. Still, he is obsessing about women's sexuality. It is women's right to have a child or not. What happens a child born. The Conservative Party is slashing social programs, and there is a child with a hungry mom.

The Conservative Party of Canada is different than Hizbollah in a visual aspect that Conservative wears tie and Hizbollah does not wear a tie. Be like your Hizbollah brother and join hands.

Babak Andalib-Goortani and Racism in Canada

Toronto Police Officer Babak Andalib-Goortani was accused of causing bodily harm to Adam Nobody during G20 in Toronto, Ontario Canada.

When I was reading the paper, I noticed Const. Glenn Weddell was acquitted of any wrong doing. However, Babak Andalib-Goortani is going to prison for 45 days. It is a clear indication that the judicial system in Canada is racist. If you have last name which is defined you as a Canadian, you can be free, if you have  a non-Canadian name, it is a troublesome for a person.

Do not waste your time with Judicial system in Canada, it is as racist as KKK.

Ebi & Shadmehr - Ye Dokhtar

As long as Iranians are looking outside for a help, they are wrong, people in the West cannot do any good to them. They need to look inside, and act as a leader to topple the regime in Iran. They cannot follow clerics either because they are promoting their own self-interest and not common good.

Mayor of Toronto Rob Ford

In this video clip, you are witnessing a man who is framed by these men who are filming him. The real questions would be, why these men went to his home and video tape him? What these men told him that made him so angry? Anyone can utter threat in privacy of their homes; did Mayor of Toronto Rob Ford act on those angry feelings? It appeared that he was just angry and was venting out his anger. These individuals who are filming him are the one to be brought before legal system to answer some questions to authority why did they video tape him?

In regard to mayor's using illicit drugs. Rob Ford has brought a question forward that how long a system would have policy of war on drug? Is it time to become like Holland to allow people to use drugs?

This video clip should not be used as means to witch hunt Rob Ford, but to look at the society from a different angle that how progressive is our society. It is not a progressive society. It is entertaining itself with an angry man rather than helping him to overcome his problem.

Last, in regard to his position. Rob Ford would not be losing his position as mayor of Toronto. At no time, there was a clause that said if he was found to be using drugs, he would evict his office. As a matter of fact, City of Toronto has a policy, when an employe found to be suffering from addiction, s/he will not losing her/his job, and that person receives medical treatment to quit her/his addiction and would return to her/his job.

As a result, Rob Ford would not lose his job.

“Residential School”

Machiavelli advised a prince to use brute force wisely to suppress dissents. He cautious the prince to strike of his sword one time to kill as many as possible and not to drag days of killing for many years to come by. Otherwise, the prince would be subject of criticism by people. In addition, the prince needs to become a religious person to avoid criticism and his action would appear holy.   Hitler read madam Blavatsky books about Theosophy and Hitler thought there was a superior race which was destine to dominate other race groups. He also wanted to erase any abnormality in humanity as he decided to murder anyone with slightest genetic disposition that made one person different from rest of others; such as having dark hair that did not meet Aryan race standards. Plus, six million Jewish were killed for Hitler's cause. The above act of brutalities had their limelight in academic arenas, Shakespeare’s literature, as well as,  media. However, the Residential School catastrophe was concealed under Persian rugs from mid 1800s' until mid 1990s'.   The aim of this paper is discuss how residential school had impact on native people from aspect of economic and politics, and how these residential school had detrimental affect on the native people.

When Europeans came to Canada, they saw abundance of natural resources to be exploited. They came to conclusion that the Aboriginal people were threat for their economic prosperity. Native people had their own mode of production which was unlike European capitalist version of economic system. Native people were living in harmony with nature, and did not want to disturb yin-yang of the nature. Political system was an instrument for bourgeoisie class to control the Native people. The Native people became known as a problem. It is shocking that these newcomers began calling them as their problems. They set-up legal, political and economic institutes and did not seek consent of Native people that if they would agree on what they were saying.

The Aboriginal people are stereotyped that they are lazy people who are drunk and do not want to work. They are always looking for a handout from government, and do not have self-pride like rest of people. The above naïve glamors thinking did not go thought system of critical thinking. These aboriginal people were treated more harshly than Machiavelli's political doctrine if domination and Hitler's treatment of Jewish and other individuals. In Canada, there is a system to gradually to crunch bones so that victims would not know what is happening to them. The system passed a law that children must become European by taking them away from their home and putting them in an institutes which was a starvation place, and exposed to contiguous infectious diseases. These children did not have their pillars in their life and did not develop strong sense of confidence and they began to walk on a thin ice.

1.      The employment rate for Natives is the lowest of any ethnic group, at about two-thirds of the national level.
2.      Native incomes are about two-thirds the Canadian average.
3.      Over one – quarter of elderly women, compared to about 14 per cent men, fall below poverty line.
4.      About half of single women aged 65 or over fall below the poverty line.[1]
5.      Alcoholism is much more prevalent among Natives than non-Natives. It has been estimated that 50 – 60 percent of accidents and deaths among status Indians are alcohol related.
6.      The suicide rate among Native is well over twice the Canadian rate.
7.      Life expectancy for status Indians is about ten years less than for the Canadian population as a whole.
8.      Native population is less than 3 percent of Canadian population and about 18 percent of those in prisons are Native.[2]

The above numbers indicated that how Canadian political institutions with alliance of the Little Platoons were trying to commit genocide. Still to this very day, the Native people are struggling with past domestic policies which shaped their dooms.

As a result, the Residential School Day brought those data from an abstract text book to reality. It illustrated how capitalist system has no soul. It would do anything to accomplish its goal and anyone stand against its way, it will be parish. Now, these Natives have a long way to go to have seek justice for their past pain, and have a system which accept them as an equal partner in Canadian politics.
